Splendid Lake View Villa With Heated Pool/spa Near Disney

The inside of the home was stunning and had been recently renovated. There was plenty of space and the piano was a nice touch. The outside on the other hand needs some upkeep. The landscaping in the front needs to be done. There were overgrown weeds leading up to the front door and a pile of leaves in the front yard. The screens were torn on the screened in pool and the faucet outback near the pool did not shut off completely so it leaked constantly. When the hot tub was turned on the level of the water decreased significantly and we had to keep filling it up. The filter cover in the hot tub came off due to a crack in it. The bottom of the pool needed cleaned and some spots refinished.

We had a nice stay overall at this property. The inside of the home was clean, well-kept, and offered plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with the bare essentials, so it was suitable for our needs.The outdoor areas could use some additional attention, as they didn’t feel quite as well cared for as the interior. That said, the pool was a great feature—perfect for cooling off on hot days.One thing to be aware of is that pool heating comes at an additional cost, which can add up if that’s important to your stay. We also encountered a couple of minor issues upon arrival, but after reaching out, the owner responded quickly and resolved them, which we appreciated.The location is convenient to the parks, though with traffic, travel time to Disney was closer to 45 minutes. Overall, this is a solid option for families looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was good but it would lose its water after about 30 mins of running the jets. Not a huge deal but letting you all know.

The house needs a deep cleaning. There is visible dust on the ceilings and the floors are not clean. Outdoor patio needs to be power washed along with the outside of the house. Pool and hot tub floors are not clean and a cover should have been provided. We were unable to use the pool one day due to a broken timer as the pool was not properly cleaned by the tech. Water was flying all over the patio. When I called to get help I was told to turn the water off. The space in the house is nice but a lot of the renovations seem unfinished or poorly done. Overall, I would never stay here again. There was an extra fee for the pool and hot tub that was not included in the description which is misleading. The pool never stayed warm. There were also no cleaning materials provided. There are also a lot of rules to follow and notes throughout the home due to plumbing and air conditioner issues in the home. If we failed to comply, we would be charged more money. The refrigerator needed a new filter. It was just a disappointment.

We loved the house!!! The amenities were amazing, the host thought of everything,and absolutely loved the body wash they left in every shower!!! Claire checked in to make sure everything was up to our standards which was very appreciated. We will stay there next time we are in the area.

We were in the area for a football tournament and the players really enjoyed being able to stay together and relax in between their game days.The location is beautiful! We had plenty parking, towels, etc to host the large group!

Beautiful home, great pool with an excellent view! Clean and spacious, quiet neighborhood and close to Disney.

The house looked just like the pictures. There was enough room for everyone and enough full bathrooms. The pool was clean and we had a great time hanging out there all day! The big dining room table fit all the adults while the smaller kitchen in the table fit all the kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and the play set in the kids room.

Our stay was great. The home is beautiful. Claire was very responsive to our questions. I definitely would stay again. I highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at this VRBO! The house is awesome, very clean, super modern, and has 6 big bedrooms, perfect for our whole 2 families. Private heated pool, hot tub with SPA were so much fun and the lake view is just gorgeous! BBQ on the patio was great. The kids were so happy playing in the playroom, and we loved how close it is to Disney parks and restaurants. The neighborhood is really safe and very quiet. Everything was clean and comfy, and the house had all we needed for a great vacation. We’re already excited to come back and highly recommend this place

It was an overall great stay. Claire was extremely accommodating for our short trip! The pool and outside amenities were great. She was able to help us have a smooth and fun weekend.

We traveled to Florida for a golf trip, and this house was in the perfect location—close to a number of great courses. It was such a treat to come home after a round of golf, cool off in the pool, and unwind in the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

We had two families staying and purposely booked this location because it advertised two king master suites. Not only did only have one master suite it only had one king bed. I complained to the host and requested some sort of refund she told me we would discuss after our visit. Then when I asked again after our visit she claimed the house needed extra cleaning. I have stayed at a dozen Vrbo’s and have never had a complaint. She says she changed the property description now but admits it was not accurate. I would not have booked this location otherwise.. The house was nice but there were not a lot of kitchen tools, the hot tub is not very hot and you do have to pay outside of the initial cost to heat the pool. The trampoline in the photos is not there and back area is not well kept. I did also let her know there was an issue with the master shower spraying outside the shower. Hopefully that has been addressed.

Large Home- Pretty View- Great Location

This was one of the most beautiful properties that we stayed at before. The pictures didn’t do it justice, including the fact that the sun set over the lake in the backyard every night. Truly stunning.

The property is very nice, good location, quiet neighborhood. We had a few issues but the owner was responsive to our messages. We had a pleasant stay.

The house itself was a good layout and nicely renovated and decorated (as you can see in the photos) and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Claire was responsive and helpful when I brought issues to her attention. Also the location was great to access parks. Those are the pros. Now for the list of cons. Extremely dirty floors (socks and feet were totally black after just a couple hours in the house) and very dirty carpet in living room (we washed the floors with a very dirty mop but no vacuum cleaner was in house, weirdly), electronic door lock was problematic, master shower temp control knob is seized up (too hot, could not reduce temperature), very poorly stocked considering we booked for 12 guests for a FULL WEEK eg. one spare garbage bag, 2-3 dishwasher pods, one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom, no laundry soap provided till I complained to host. Bear in mind that they request that we wash towels at the end of the stay. Mold on outdoor patio cushions, queen blankets on king bed barely kept us covered, king pillows STUFFED into standard sized pillowcases made pillows stiff and uncomfortable to use, several window blinds were broken, either being unable to be raised, or unable to be lowered. Listing said EV charger on-site and a trampoline (both were not there) and also the listing mentions a grill, but does not mention that it is not included in the rental….Unless you are willing to pay cash. A previous guest review said it right, “needs TLC”.

Wanted to find a nice home for the family to enjoy that was close to Disney- parks. The home was nice a few hiccups when we arrived but were quickly taken care of even though we arrived on Thanksgiving day !! I would recommend and stay again with the family.

Everything was nice. Had a few things that needed to be taken care of after the recent hurricanes. Property management was right on top of it.

Everything was great ! Just suggest updating ceiling fans in the rooms please...other than that it was a weekend to remember

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. You can tell this property is heavily used and flipped quickly. The photos are very outdated. The walls and floors throughout the entire house were dirty to where we didn't want to walk barefoot indoors. The patio area was disgusting- needed to be power washed. The screen roof is out so bugs/debri are in the screened patio. The floors and walls outside are extremely dirty, the outdoor table & chair set is dirty, the cushions were mold stained, the pool toys have black mold. There is no sand box or trampoline for the kids as shown in the listing. We were notified the morning of our check-in that the owner needed 3 days notice for pool heat, which was obviously too late. We spent quite a bit of time cleaning ourselves in and outside the property which is obviously not how you want to spend time on vacation, but it was necessary given the condition for us to feel comfortable. The one positive I'd call out is that the bathrooms are nicely updated and because there is mostly tile in those areas- they seemed cleaner than the rest of the property. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone else.

This home is in need of repairs. The master bathroom water temperature was loose and there is no way to adjust the water temperature. This could cause serious skin burns. The A/C unit needed to be repaired as well. My guests and I spent 2 nights in the heat using fans to get through the night. An A/C technician did came out Saturday afternoon. However, the system still was not blowing cool/cold through the night.

The house was great, however we were unaware of the extra fee for pool heat and hot tub. I went back to the original booking description and I couldn’t find an extra fee for pool and hot tub listed at all. We assumed the pool and hot tub were included with the total price we paid. Other than that, we were happy with the rental
