Spectacular ocean front villa, breath taking 180 ocean front views - HOT TUB

The pictures do not do this place justice! From start to finish, everything about our stay was spectacular. Correspondence with our host was easy. Our concierge, Julissa, made planning everything from groceries to transportation to excursions a breeze. The place was immaculate and the views absolutely spectacular! The 2 minute walk to the beach club was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe and landscaping beautifully maintained. We particularly enjoyed getting to meet our property manager, Kim, who shared some fun history with us after breakfast one morning. What a great personal touch that was! And our highlight had to be our experience with our personal chef, Idalisa. She felt like part of our family by the end of the week. Besides being an amazing chef, her attention to detail was outstanding. I have a gluten allergy and she made sure that I had options for every meal which made a huge difference for me. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay and would love to make this trip again!

The Villa is ideally positioned with breathtaking ocean and sunrise views. The four bedrooms, common areas, kitchen, pool, and outdoor seating areas are all thoughtfully designed for both comfort and to maximize the time spent relaxing with your travelling party. The Villa has fun games, good wifi, and all the necessary entertainment gear to keep your guests happy while onsite. And should you want to enjoy one of the island's best beaches, the Villa includes golf carts, boogie boards, and beach toys for use at the neighboring Eden Roc Beach Club. There is so much to see and do in the area, but we found ourselves wanting to spend as much time as possible at the Villa or the beach at the Eden Roc.Kim, Julissa, and Idalissa take excellent care of you by coordinating your needs before your arrival and ensuring that you are cared for throughout your stay. Should you wish to take advantage of home cooked meals in the Villa (and why not given the lovely setting), Julissa will coordinate your meal needs and Idalissa will prepare delicious meals for you and your guests.We cannot recommend this lovely Villa highly enough. It is authentic, luxurious, and a simply gorgeous place to call home while relaxing in Cap Cana.

The pictures don't do this place justice!! Our stay was amazing. The food from Idalissa was out of this world (cancel all of your dinner reservations elsewhere). The housekeeping was incredible; she did our laundry everyday. Julissa was excellent at setting up everything we needed and her communication with everything was so easy. Five stars for the staff and the accommodations. Would definitely come back!

This house checks all the boxes, and then some!! Location, golf, amenities, and the best part the staff. Idalisa , could be a Michelin star chef, and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner each and every day. Can't wait to go back with the entire family.

This has been my 10th trip to this area and I stayed in many Villa's in this neighborhood. This is the nicest location, closest to the Ocean and amazing Service. Don't hesitate to rent here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and plan to return again next year. The villa is beautiful and peaceful. The views are spectacular from every room. Idelisa, Domian, and Julissa made our stay restful and stress free!

This is an absolutely beautiful property that was only outshined for us by the service we received from the property manager, Kim, the jack of all trades coordinator, Julissa, and the awesome chef and caretaker Idilisa and her son Damien. Our group was made up of four adults and 3 boys under 10 years old and this venue offered every amenity we could have imagined. One of the highlights of the trip was sunrise and coffee in the morning overlooking the 180 degree ocean view and the stunning Punta Espada golf course. Our kids really enjoyed the nearby beach at Eden Roc and the trip to the Scape Park was the highlight of their trip- they loved the zip-lining and jumping in the blue hole. We got a lot of use out of the golf carts, visiting other parts of Cap Cana. The golf cart trip and dinner at the Farm Restaurant at Los Establos we really enjoyable. By far the best meals of the trip were prepared by Idilisa and Damien. The food was absolutely perfect and the service was like nothing we'd ever experienced before. Idilisa especially went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and Julissa was extremely responsive whenver we had a question or request. Very highly recommend this property and this vacation for a family like ours. We had a blast and we will be back!

We loved everything about this villa! The views, the home, the concierge and chef! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We ate the best food we’ve ever had and enjoyed the beautiful weather! Before we left, we booked our trip for next year!

Let's talk about this place! The Villa: Bedrooms were large, beds were comfy, bathrooms modern, clean and nice. The real place to spend time is outside of those rooms.....everything is opened to breeze and we've never felt more relaxed and at ease. Kitchen, family rooms, dinning rooms were all covered and perfectly climate controlled with thatch roof and sea breeze ... Just awesome. Pool, hot tub, outside area...perfect. The View: Pictures look photoshopped, don't they? The reality is, they dont do this place justice. When we first walked in we just couldn't believe a place this beautiful exists...we couldn't believe it was the backyard for this villa ...and we couldn't believe we got to stay here for about a week. It was truly paradise. Beach Club: it's a four minute walk or a three minute golf cart ride ... and absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space, gorgeous sand, incredible water and wonderful staff...first rate. DR/Capa Cana/SUJ: Never been to this part of the island before. It was great. Not too busy, super kind people, everything was very nice. The staff: Julissa and Kim with property management handled every question before we arrived and treated us like royalty. Ydilissa {spelling?} lives in a guest suite connected to the main house. She was brilliant and a delightful person. She keeps the house unbelievably clean. She offers to make meals, too, and I highly recommend it. Whatever she prepared was delicious, the presentation was world class, and it was served with genuine love and grace. And, candidly, we were concerned having someone living onsite .... it was a concern we didnt need to have. She had the ability to be there when you needed anything...and desired to give us total privacy as a family, too. We ended up loving her. The owner of the Villa: For privacy purposes, I'll just refer to him as T, he is only in town 20% of the time or so, but we happened to be there at the same time. He stayed a few villas away, but we are so glad he was there! T was generous, fun-loving, spirited and made the entire vacation even more remarkable and unforgettable. We became friends and look forward to staying connected. He became like family. Kids called him Uncle T! Lovely guy. Bottom line: Book this place. Thank me later. [just dont take a week we want, because we WILL be coming back!]
