Stayed Jan 11, 2026This Casa was the perfect spot for our group of ten to stay. It's a beautiful home with six bedroom ensuites plus powder room on main floor. It is exactly as described. Our group loved the private pool and spending evenings sitting on the veranda by the beach. Taxis or Uber are available to take you anywhere you want. The owner is extremely responsive as is Leo. Leo can coordinate anything. Finally, lLupita is amazing! Not only does she come to clean everyday but Sunday, she can fix you breakfasts or dinner. She made an amazing chicken mole for us one evening which included cleanup! You'll love her! We had so much fun and feel this is the best place the ten of us has stayed.

Stayed Dec 21, 2020My family just returned from spending 10 days at Casa Coco and we were all delighted with the experience. This started before withTim Bertrand the property owner taking a keen interest in everything being as excellent as possible and making whatever accommodation he could to insure that. The property itself is on the beach and truly a hacienda as one would imagine it. Ample areas of privacy were present.for solo activities like massages and yoga. Leo, the property manager/concierge made all necessary arrangements for dining out, transportation and amenities like in house massage. He is pleasant to work with and made things easy. The gem of the trip was Lupita who cooked most of our meals. Her rate is more than reasonable and her cooking and caring were exceptional. Her graciousness and desire to please were across the board amazing. The location is a bit close to a bar that plays music that at times was too loud but always ended at a reasonable time. The beach itself is amazing, with a local flavor. Fisherman next door would bring in their catch every morning to the delight of the sea birds who showed up when they returned and we did grill some of the delicious fish for lunch one day. This is not a resort and one needs to be comfortable among the locals and with the culture. We found this to be quite a refreshing change from all inclusives we did in the past. All in all this was a vacation that I will remember forever as it gave me and my family true quality time together that I will relish. We plan to return next year.

Stayed Feb 29, 2020We are a group of 10 adults just returned from Casa Coco. The pictures and video do not do justice to this lovely beachfront casa. The house is super functional, providing endless options for private solitude or small group activities. The house is kept spotless by the lovely Lupita, and we highly recommend having her cook for you. We took advantage of this service on 4 nights and were never disappointed. Chicken mole was our favorite! Bedrooms each have their own full ensuite bath with walk in shower. Main floor bedroom has a tub/shower combo. Some rooms have sitting areas and attached decks. One room has 2 queen beds, the others all have king beds. Powder room on main floor, as well as an outdoor bathroom adjacent to the pool. Large communal open air space on the 3rd floor – perfect for games night! Property is walled and secure – complete with a lockable gate to the beach and an overnight security guard. The beach is wide and sandy, and next to Casa Coco is a beach access where a few local fishermen have their boats. Pool is heated, with lots of pool toys, including volleyball net. Tons of seating and loungers and beach towels are provided. Onsite (free) laundry available. Kim, the English speaking local property manager was very genial, responsive and helpful. Came by a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was in order, and was immediately available by email or phone for emergencies – although we didn’t require this. There is a little bar across the street “Buzzos” (which the locals pronounce BOO-zos) It was hopping most evenings with lively music, it seemed to shut down at around 11 pm. By cab, 80 pesos one way gets you to Mega for groceries and booze (and anything else you forgot) The town square of Bucerias is about a 10-15 minute walk by beach or by road. The beach is endless to the south, and walkable about 20 minutes north, just before La Cruz. If wanting to day trip by bus to either PV in the south or Sauylita or other villages to the north, the bus stops on the highway about 5 minute walk from Casa Coco. Tim, the property owner was amazing – very responsive and accommodating – including when I realized I messed up and our flight dates didn’t match our booking dates. He answered my numerous questions promptly and was able to provide airport pick up, tour provider and restaurant recommendations in advance. All in all, this property is exceptional and we would all stay again.

Stayed Jan 25, 2020The house was as advertised and better than expected. Lupita made us fantastic meals and kept the house spotless. Any concerns or questions were answered immediately by Kim, the property manager. The beach is great for long walks, the people are friendly and we had nice walks to many restaurants. We will definitely keep this vacation spot as one of our holiday options.
