The house was lovely. I appreciated that Donna took care to get in touch with very explicit instructions, which made check-in easy. We had a torrential downpour thr first su of our stay that resulted in a powe outage. The management company dealt with it in a reasonable time frame.There are cameras on the property-when Donna called, she gave me a heads up and told me they are only monitored if the alarm goes off. I would have liked to have seen this in the listing up front. I see reviewing the listing that there were specific cleaning steps to be done before checkout, but these are a bit hidden in the policies section-it would have been nice to have this info in the check in emails sent just before my stay.

We had a fabulous holiday here! Spacious, lots of inside toys and pool toys for the kids. Short walk to beach and port and restaurants. Lovely location, perfect weather! Great communication. Thank you lots! :)

Wonderful VillaWe had a wonderful time. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped. The pool was amazing, and the garden was perfect for relaxing The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. Highly recommended

Excellent villa. We have stayed in many Playa Blanca villas over recent years, including a lot of good ones and this one is the best so far as per:- Way above average garden / plot in terms of size / privacy / always lots of space in the sun or shade and the very unusual bonus of a good sea view. - 5-10 min walk to the best beach in the resort, with safe swimming. Likewise 5 min walk to the 7 mile long sea front promenade (wheras many of the larger villas in the resort are a 15 -20 min walk to the sea front) - Very roomy villa inside (better than the photos show)- Good local management agent used as per: villa was cleaned to a high standard / minor water issue dealt with very quickly (turned out the issue was external to the villa) / pool maintained to a high standard (pool guy not only cleaned pool mid week but also on changeover day so holidays start with a clean pool- Everything works as it should, ie good showers with hot water etc etcWay, way above average villa, recommended

We had a great time in this lovely villa in Playa Blanca. It was very well equipped and in a great location. We would not hesitate to return in the future. Both Donna and the local manager Karen were extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. Thank you for a great holiday.

Excellent communication from host. We hired a car and found it easy getting to shops and exploring Puerto Del Carmen and Puerto Calero. Swimming pool was used a lot. The villa had everything we needed. A hot tub was mentioned in the description but there wasn't one. Had a great holiday and we'd love to go back next year.

Pool was fab and also villa everything was just perfect for a lovely chilled holiday rooms were lovely and loved the large open plan living / dining / kitchen

The house and pool were lovely. It was a 20 min walk to the nearest big shop for food, but we had a hire car so that didn't bother us. It was lovely and quiet with great views over to Fuerteventure. There was only air conditioning in the double rooms, but fans available in the others. The couple of minor issues we had while we were there were dealt with quickly and had a very friendly chat with the owner before we arrived to give us all the check in details which was lovely.

We had a fantastic stay in Lanzarote. Donna's villa is amazing. Exceptionally clean and well laid out and equipped. Plenty of room for all six of us and the pool was superb. It was all we could do to drag us away to the beach!Donna was very communicative and nothing was to much trouble. A fabulous host!

Another great holiday had!! The pool was beautiful and waa kept very well maintained during our stay. Fresh towels again, very regulary changed. Love staying here, its our home away from home x

Casa Rachel is a beautiful, clean, well equipped and professionally maintained property with every facility a holidaymaker could wish for.This is the second time I have stayed here with members of my family and grandchildren and I would recommended it to anyone.

Villa Rachel is in a great location, close enough to everything but tucked away & therefore quiet. The garden is established & well kept & the pool is lovely - and even got cleaned part-way through our stay! We hired a car for the week & that’s definitely a good idea even if for little more than carrying water back from the shops as the closest we found was about a 10-minute walk away. The villa has everything you need…well-equipped kitchen, powerful showers & comfy beds, & communication with Donna was great from start to finish. It’s obvious why they get repeat bookings!

We have had a wonderful stay in Casa Rachel. The villa was lovely and clean and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the outside space and pool. The sea view was great. The location was an easy walk to the seafront where we enjoyed very nice meals and swimming in the sea at Playa Flamingo. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Donna

Very well equipped Villa, has the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen. The heated pool 26 degrees was a great benefit in Jan / February and made our stay very pleasant. 10 minutes from the beach and restaurant & Bars, 25 minutes walk to the main town!Would happily book again.

Perfect location - near to beach and town but quiet in the villa itself. Beautiful villa equipped to high standard. We are returning - highly recommend

We had a lovely stay in your beautiful villa. We all enjoyed the homely feel. It had everything we could have asked for. We had a very relaxing time, weather was in 30s the first week (hotest I've every known Lanzarote) and mid 20s the second. Karen was great, dropping off fresh towels and there if needed. Never stayed in a villa that has been serviced so regularly and had the pool or garden looked after so well. Thanks again for being that personal touch at the end of the phone. We all definitely hope to come back again.

Everything about the villa was first class. Everything needed was there, great pool. Had a great holiday.

We had a wonderful stay, did not have a car this time, easy to get around walking and Taxi's which were very reasonable charges. The Beach is beautiful and very safe for our 7 year old Grand daughter. Thanks Donna, we will be back again.
