Splendid new villa (2011) spacious, bathed in sun (south, west orientation) all modern equipment, located in a very quiet dead end and overlooking the forest of Mouleau. It is 1 km from the Mouleau beach (5 min by cycle paths), 2 km from the Arcachon golf course, 1 km from the Arcachon tennis courts and 200 m from the shops.
It consists of a living room with dining room of 80 m2, a fully equipped American kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds (3 of 160and 1 of 140), a bedroom with 4 bunk beds of 90, 2 bathrooms shower and a bathroom, 2 toilets and a laundry with drying machine. Each room has been carefully decorated which gives this modern villa an authentic and typical character of the Arcachon Bay. All rooms have electric shutters.
