Large, spacious comfortablr property, with extensive outdoor space, on the outskirts of Seville, surrounded by lovely large garden, lined with fruiting orange and lemon trees, with stunning views over the city and sunsets. There is a very large swimming pool and plenty of variety of outdoor spaces to relax in, play basketball, table tennis or badminton.
We have recently renovated the entire place, with a totally new Kitchen /Dining space and larger windows for increased light, redecoratedand refurbished throughout, with new large sofas, 2 new smart TVs for 3 communal areas, new dining tables for 2 seperate inside dining areas, and one outside, cool outside 'chill zone' with new outside furniture, and comfortable outside lounging zones, the pool has also been cleaned and re-edged.
13 mins drive from the Centre of Seville, in a quiet area of traditional garden villas.
Ideal situation, a relaxing oasis on the quiet edges of the city, to escape the hustle and bustle, but just a short drive to Seville city centre and all it's multiple enchanting attractions.
The extensive outdoor space contains areas to sit and eat, an outdoor kitchen with bar, gas barbeque/grill, and extensive fridge space, for cooking, eating and drinking al fresco, overlooking the pool area, shaded by a veranda filled with plants. Surrounding fruiting orange lemon and other fruit trees provide fresh fruit for guests in season.
The cool interior contains a large kitchen dining space, with high ceilings to retreat to when the heat outside rises. On the front of the property is a large airy glass conservatory extension for comfortable relaxation or eating together, it has a woodburning stove for winter. There is air conditioning/heating throughout, 5 comfortable bedrooms, a living room with fire place that can be converted into a sixth bedroom when needed. There are 4 bathrooms with showers, and plenty of parking space.
A hire car is preferable here, as the bus from the property itself is unreliable, and it is easy to either drive into the centre of the city, or drive to the local suburban centre and catch a bus or train directly to the centre from there. Taxis could also be used, and are inexpensive.

    I just wanted to share my wonderful experience booking and staying at this fabulous villa. From start to finish, the whole process was a breeze, thanks to the brilliant communication from the owners. They were always friendly and concise with their information, making sure no question was too much trouble.Now, let me tell you about the villa itself – it’s absolutely stunning! It’s spacious, with multiple rooms and a lovely new indoor kitchen. But that's not all; there’s also an outdoor kitchen equipped with sinks, refrigerators, and a BBQ, perfect for those al fresco dining moments. And to our delight, we were greeted with a welcome hamper which was such a thoughtful touch.The villa also features a new trampoline, which is fantastic, but the real show stopper has to be the pool. There’s plenty of space around it, with multiple sun loungers and shaded areas, making it the perfect spot to relax. We were a party of seven, and there was so much space for everyone to move around comfortably and find their own little nook if needed.All in all, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday experience.

    Our stay was AWESOME! We attended a wedding at the cathedral in Sevilla. Driving back and forth for services and sightseeing was not complicated; we found a few parking garages as road parking can be a challenge and most everything is within walking distance. The freshly remodeled villa has an incredible pool and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout made it comfortable for sleeping during the hot weather. Family of 4 with two adult kids, we had plenty of space and didn't use the upstairs portion of the villa. If you have a large group, I would recommend this place. Lots of space inside and out.

    This was the perfect space for our group of 10. Having three generations (grandparents, parents and children) we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Seville. Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to use washing machine. A/C and water heater fully functioning. The hostess left coffee and drinking water ready for us to drink and enjoy. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids to cool down the summer heat. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and grill in a brand new grill. The common areas are open and perfect for our evenings. We will stay at the same property when we come back to Seville. The drive to the historic center is only 20 minutes and there’s a supermarket 5 minutes away. The view from the pool and the sunsets are spectacular.
