This spacious villa is ready to accommodate you and your family. The first floor features an open concept living area with a flat screen TV, a large kitchen, a dining area that seats 6-8, two breakfast bars each with two stools, a 1/2 bath, a Master Bedroom suite with a Queen Bed, flat screen TV, a crib, a full bath with two sinks and a walk in shower and a walk-in closet, a laundry room and a one-car garage. The second floor includes a loft with a large bean bag couch and a flat screen TV,a full bathroom and two bedrooms, both have flat screen TVs. One bedrooms has two full beds and a large closet and one has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The community has a dock and water ramp to White's Creek, an outdoor pool, clubhouse and a lovely gazebo.

The house was clean, cool and a less then five minute walk to the community pool. Grocery store next door. Short ride to the beach and boardwalks. Lots of places to eat. Very quiet family oriented community.

A very nice, clean, and spacious place. Communication with the owner was great! Just bring your food and clothes and this place has the rest. I would definitely return.

The property was beautiful and clean. April was available to answer any questions we had all week. House is located minutes from shopping, and beaches. Would recommend to anyone looking for a “home feel” while on vacation.

We stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed our family vacations. The house is spatious, the layout is very good, the kitchen is well equipped, the garage as plenty of material for the beach and there are many toys for the kids! The furniture in the living room could be updated, a gaz BBQ and an outside sitting area would be appreciated to make it perfect! We enjoyed the Bethany Beach area for the beach, the downtown vibe, and the family activities nearby. Great vacations souvenirs for everyone!
