Spacious, LUXURY 4 bedroom villa with pool and spa close to Disney

I loved EVERYTHING!! Very nice home and great location

I had a great stay at place It was vacation ready, just put your bags away and start getting ready to indulge.The house was very clean and the pool and patio are lovely. There is a supermarket also restaurants and bars in the area maybe a 10 minute drive . I definitely recommend it and will be going back and making that my home base. Thanks again

The villa was very comfortable and furnished with a more modern feeling than others I have stayed in. It was well equipped with everything we could need and located on a lovely secure and quiet gated community. The communication from the owner was great and the whole process of checking in with the gate house was straight forward. The pool and hot tub which we had heated were lovely (the nicest I’ve encountered to date) and very much needed after long days in the theme parks. The air conditioning was very welcome after spending long days in 30 degrees, sadly a contractor tending to the grounds broke it so our last 4 days were somewhat hotter than planned as it wasn’t repaired before we left. When the I4 was moving without crashes getting to Disney parks was fairly quick and easy. Walmart literally minutes down the road which sells everything you could possibly need. The villa could do with the paintwork freshening up in places and the dark flooring in the main living area would benefit from a deep clean but these minor issues don’t detract from the comfort or convenience of the villa and we would certainly consider it again for future visits.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. The pool was so clean and relaxing, beds were very comfortable and the home was immaculate. Definately recommend this property!

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their communication was prompt and helpful, answering all our questions. I would definitely be going back with my family.

The home was exactly as promised. Well equipped and clean. The included pool/hot tub heat was a nice bonus and was greatly appreciated. Very detailed binder in the home for directions (if needed). This property will be a future bookmark for certain!! Highly recommended.

Our family stayed in September 23 for 11 nights. The villa was just as described. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and we swam daily. The villa was about 40 minutes from Universal and about 30 minutes from Typhoon Lagoon. We had a couple of minor issues but Gail and Becky from the management company couldn’t have been better. The community was great. Walmart just around the corner and plenty of restaurants close by.The security staff at the gate were polite and courteous. Tina supplied all necessary information. We would definitely stay again in future.

Just Back for 3 week stay here and we already miss this relaxing place. We Have rented many villas during the years in Orlando and the around zones,so we have experience . We can say that this house is one the best ones we have ever stayed at. It's clean,well taken ,roomy ,the fornitures are new. They provide everything you may need. Wi-fi worked very well. Laundry facilities worked smoothly. The best part of the house is the pool.We spent many hours at pool-It's bigh enough and the water was always very warm.Pool deck is always covered by sun.The Hot tub was a nice touch too. There was a table next to the pool that was very useful for our lunches at pool. The villa is a bit far from the main attractions but in 30-40 minutes you will be in the action at WDW or Universal.Traffic is always very heavy around Highway 4. There are many restaurants and shops down the main road so you will find something you may like for sure. The Community is gated so everytime you have to stop and show your permit to a vigilant. I have no complaint about this villa,I may just say that we rented it for 3 weeks and on the last week the pool cleaning staff didn't come so our last days weren't very comfy with the water of pool. I highly recommend staying at this house. It is a perfect size for my family of 5. My parents, sister and niece came to visit and there was plenty of room for them to stay a couple of days. The pictures on this listing aren’t updated so the house looks much better in person. My family and I loved the pool and jacuzzi, they were perfect after 4 days of Universal parks. Tina is a great host and answered all of my questions in a timely matter. The distance from Orlando was a little more than I expected with all the construction and traffic, but the house was worth the drive.
