It’s very clean with lots of room for the price. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The pool is well-maintained. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room for our family. Lovely sunroom. Couches galore. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans, air fryer, coffee makers and waffle iron. Convenient washer and dryer on second floor. Good communications with host. A few items would have made it perfect- we needed dish towels, hand towels, hand soap, paper towels, napkins, tissues. And the toilet paper was the thinnest ever… otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot.

I rent a house every year with a pool for the family to just hang around & enjoy everyones company. This year for the time frame I needed this house was available & it's only 20 minutes from my house so to me it wasn't a vacation. Let me start off by saying the house is a really nice house & the neighbo

We arrive to the house and the code to get in was never put it. We called six times, e-mailed and even called vrbo to try to get in touch with owner. No one responded. Had to find a hotel. The next day at 8:30 my phone rings and it is the property manager who stayed they had an emergency and forgot. Really that is how you treat people staying at your home. Would not recommend you renting from this owner since can't get a hold of him. Very inconsiderate.

It was nice. Not really waterfront. Pool was nice on a hot day. FYI- Google maps took us to the wrong house. Glad the neighbor didn't mind us at the door at 10 p.m. Plenty of room for family gathering.

We were 4 friends staying in the house. The house was big and had nice location in a quiet area near Tree House Brewing. We were not able to use the pool, which was a bit disapointing. The water in the pool had not been cleaned for a while. Maybe the pool season had not started in the middle of Mai..

I booked this listing for a group of friends who traveling through the area to visit the Treehouse Brewery that is 10 minutes away. We wanted a place to relax, enjoy some good food, and take in the area. The house is really charming for an older house. You can tell there has been quite a bit of work done to renovate and that really comes through. However, I found some of the details lacking. You can tell that the cleaning crew that looks after the house missed quite a bit. - Chairs in the kitchen had loose legs - nothing broken but just needed to be tightened and reupholstered - Dishes were dirty and still had bits of food stuck on them - Pool wasn't clean ... its not quite pool season but it didn't look too nice, should at least have a cover - The pool table is a mini-pool table and not a regulation one - photograph makes it look bigger than it is - Some of the vents needed to be cleaned as there was dust build-up - TV remote was sticky and was tough to use - Garage door needs to be fixed and didn't open cleanly when we tried to open it - kept getting caught on some metal wires by the door - Lightbulbs in the kitchen were burnt out and needed to be replaced - Kitchen cabinet doors need to be tightened and realigned - Water dispenser in the fridge is sticky and didn't stop causing water to overflow - needs to be cleaned/tightened Overall, solid place and worked well for us. Would have been better if these details were taken care of.

We were in the area for a wedding and had grandparents, parents, and five kids (ages 6-16) in the house. It was a great size, ample sleeping space. Beautiful common rooms. Nice TVs and no trouble connecting to games. Pool table/ping pong table in the basement was fun. It poured so we weren't outside but there was a gorgeous porch and backyard as well as a swing set that I'm sure my kids would have enjoyed if we could be out. Nice washer/dryer on 2nd floor. Showers had great water pressure and were plenty warm. The owner, Michael, was extremely kind and responsive when I emailed. Kitchen was hit or miss on what it had - for example no regular coffee pot but a Keruig. Two bowls so we had to improvise and use cups for cereal. Linens provided but only towels. No washcloths or hand towels in bathrooms. The kitchen and washcloth thing were not a big deal to us and it didn't take away from the stay. As I read other reviews, just some small things that could be fixed. However, we all agreed that we would stay there again if we were in the area.

I will start with the positive. It was a good location to stay with a large group. The beds were made. Bath towels were set out. No hand towels, washcloths or kitchen towels. We arrived and checked in. Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. I sent a long message to the owner. 23 hours ago, with no response. I felt it was important to alert him to our concerns. When we first arrived, we quickly noticed that the kitchen was filthy. The stovetop had debris on it and was just plain dirty. There was a box of hot chocolate packets that were eaten by a rodent. there were droppings in the kitchen cabinets, and under the sink. They were also mouse droppings upstairs in the bedrooms The carpet did not look like it had been cleaned/vacuumed. One bedroom still had trash on the floor, beef jerky, and pop tarts, the primary bedroom had half a bottle of Johnny Walker black in the dresser, there was also a used cleaning rag on top of the dresser. The shower glass in the primary bathroom was filthy with soap and shampoo scum, mold on tile. The full bath in the hallway upstairs was truly not operational. The diverter for the shower did not work, and it also did not drain, the handle for the shower fell off, we fixed it with the screwdriver left on the toilet. When the shower ran, the water seemed to dump off out of a pipe into the backyard. I could go on, but they do not give me enough space to finish this review.
