Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been here for four times now. First at 2011 and the last time this year. A good home for us and our children. The owners Holger Schindler and his wife make you feel welcome every time at any time. The house has the right equipment at the kitchen and bathroom. If you need a good place near Dresden, this is the right one !

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been a guest here four times. In 2011 for the first time and this year again. A good stay for us and our two children. Holger Schindler and his wife are friendly and make you feel welcome every time. A holiday home with all the right equipment in the kitchen and bathroom.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We arrived late in the night and the owner stayed up and wait for us.He patiently explained and showed us the apartment and how to get to places. A really nice spacious and clean apartment.We felt comfortable and cozy there. The highlight of course is the rooftop -we could sit and sipped our wine while watching the sunset.Love alll the paintings by the owner.If we ever come back and visit Dresden we would definately stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful stay at Villa Fabio. It's extremely clean and was a a great floor plan for us (a family of three - two adults and a one year old). The owner's are extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very well equiped and the apartment is quite and nicely decorated. The location is wonderful for catching a train or the Strassenbahn and it's just a three minute walk to lots of shopping (including groceries and several restaurants). We would definitely stay here again!
