Spacious 5BR Home w/ Amazing Garden & PrivatePool

The pool and backyard was great! Plus having all the space in the house made this home so comfortable and welcoming.

If I need anything They responded immediately and handle any questions, or concerns I had.Me and my guest had a wonderful time at this property.The next I visit to Aruba I would gladly choose this properly again.

an amazing pool,.As far as the house is concerned there are many issues.And yes we have been in contact with the property management Vacation Aruba . 6 elderly females 60 to 73.5 bedroom home? in reality it is a 3 bedroom. bedrooms 4 and 5 were up in the attic accessible via a rickety circular staircase. no bathroom up there – there was no way we were going to risk sleeping in the attic.If anyone has children with them I'm sure they would feel the same .We made it work adapting bed with the 2 sofas in the media room.Here are a few things you can expect if you choose to rent this home.Roaches in the toilet, drawers and cabinets.upper cabinet was hanging by one screw. The oven never registered above “preheat”.Broken chairs in the kitchen around the counter.Very large unorganized laundry room. toilet paper holders were hanging by one screw , one shower head fell off the last day.No welcome packet informing us of the trash, recycling policies, pool cleaning, gardening days.The pools guys showed up twice.The first time we asked them to clean the algae off the seat/ step in the Jacuzzi.I would think that should be a norm. The sliding glass door was an issue. It was unlocked when we arrived ( which was a little creepy) and saw that it was repaired several times and was difficult to lock. Overgrown foliage in back yard. One had to stand on a chair to plug in patio lights No switch?I could go on , but out of characters.Like I said the pool was the best.

The house was too big for us but the new house we moved to was perfection.

The house was very nice & the beds were very comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful! There were a few hiccups but nothing we couldn't deal with. The pool timer was set for the lights to be on during the day & off at night. We could get them to come on but didn't stay on long. We never could get the patio door locked & there was very little propane in the gas grill that needs to be replaced. Also the patio table & chairs need replacing. The sinks didn't have hot water but most of the showers did. Overall it was good & we enjoyed our stay & would stay again at this home.

Our recent visit to Aruba was enhanced by our stay at this lovely home. Honestly we did not spend much time inside because the patio/pool area was our favorite place to hang out. There are plenty of options for shade or sun and we cooked several meals on the grill which was super nice for the fresh fish we purchased at the local market. We rented a car for our stay,which we needed to get to the supermarket and to the beaches. This home is not walking distance to the beaches, but it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend!!!

Our family of 12 had a great stay at this house. The size was perfect. Enjoyed the gardens and pool. The 5 bedrooms were exactly what we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast.

My family just got back from Aruba. This house was amazing and the pool was wonderful. The house isn't far from the beaches and tourist area. We rented a car which was perfect for our family because we loved exploring the island. We will definitely be staying at this house again!!!

From my perspective, what was stated by the owner was accurate. The open floor plan was inviting and the neighborhood offered peace and quiet along with much enjoyed privacy. The only surprise was that the shower never got warm. I suspect there isn't a water heater, no I never asked. Mute point once you're there. As a medical professional the water must be clise to body temp or it will cool your body. Otherwise we were very happy. No insects ie roaches spiders etc. we did have 5 adults in our group and the owner was concerned we would have a party or that something would get out of hand. Yet I was able to assuage his concerns. Lastly I would recommend shopping for groceries, there is more than enough space, utensils, appliances and pot's and pans
