Stayed Dec 25, 2025We really enjoyed this house. The location was close to the beach and right on the golf course. We spent mornings watching golfers, days biking and beaching, and nights hanging out in the dining room and living room. Would definitely return!

Lots of thoughtful touches. Every bedroom has its own bath and thermostat-win!!! Easy walk/bike ride to beach and courts

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The unit is recently renovated, fresh, clean, well equipped with kitchen, beach, WiFi, televisions, washer-dryer, coffee maker, Kurig, etc. The layout of each bedroom with a full bath provides privacy for all and plenty of beds. Palmetto Dunes is a very nice, well-maintained, and secure area, unlike some older developments on the island. Beach access is a short walk. Nice golf course view out the back. John was responsive and reasonable. It was a great unit and visit; we would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Great place for the family vacation. Unexpected surprise was the high-end kitchenware! A gas grill was also available (not included in listing), which was another unexpected surprise. Very spacious bedrooms. The number of beds and sizes is always our family's challenge - but this villa met all of our needs. I'll definitely consider it for our next trip to Hilton Head.

Stayed May 16, 2025The home was wonderfully renovated. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. I was especially delighted that every family (three children with spouses and us) had their own room and bathroom AND every room had a separate air conditioning control. Good location on Hilton Head and a short walk to the beach. The golfers in our family loved to be positioned on the course.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Our family loved the views of the golf course and how close the beach access was. The place was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everyone had their own space and own bathroom! The pool was super private and shaded and we often had it to ourselves. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the Marina. We also enjoyed riding bikes each day. The hosts were very responsive! Overall, it was a wonderful getaway!
