Stayed Jul 3, 2025The owner is incredible responsive and VERY helpful in getting things taken care of. The location is fantastic right near the pool and a great back deck. This property did have some challenges, It just has one couch- which is not enough seating for a family of 6. The TV's are all pretty small, and strangely placed. The unit itself is rather old and even though its had a facelift in some spaces, it still has that old house smell. We struggled with the refrigerator not being cold and the air conditioning stopped working on us, but as I mentioned the owner was very responsive and did have someone on this issues right away. Be aware that you will need to pay for parking if you stay here. A parking pass is not included in the price. Ultimately, it was a nice location, and a nice host, but not the nicest stay we have had for the price.
