South Facing Luxury with Gulf Access, Pool & Dock

Spent the month in Florida away from the cold weather.

We had a wonderful trip , the house was super clean... neighborhood was quiet and safe . This house is awesome it has everything you need . I would definitely recommend and stay again. TTThankThforfodsharing your home

This property was the best stocked of any location I have ever stayed. Plenty of towels, spices, TV's you name it they really had it. We loved the location for having good access to anything we wanted to do. We could be on Pine Island in a few minutes, so many restaurants were close and very easy access and getting into Ft. Myers was just a straight drive. Here is a list of things to know about the property, but none of these should be taken as a negative just things to be aware of. The pool is on the smaller side but still fits the needs of having a pool. The screen cage being gone also lends itself to the pool having more stuff in it. The A/C struggles to keep up and the 2 family bedrooms can get fairly warm in the night so I would suggest having a fan. There is one fan provided in one of the rooms. Seating in the living area is a little bit limited so if you want a larger family to watch a movie some may have to be in the floor. I only had myself, wife and 8 year old so no problems for us. On the other hand the kitchen was stocked so well it was unbelievable. We like to cook so we brought plenty of spices with us but we would not have needed to because they had everything there. The appliances are also fantastic. Fell in love with the microwave, going to get the same one in my new kitchen remodel I'm about to do. Overall the stay was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. Any items listed are simply for information not to be taken negatively.

Kudos to the property owners of this amazing property! We have never stayed in such a well appointed property before. The location was ideal for all of our needs. The property managers, Keely and Neil were so helpful and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some fun in the sun!

The home was perfect for us. Very comfortable & homey. We spent most of our time at the pool and fire pit areas. There were plenty of towels, glassware & dishes, and cleaning products. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. House is very well kept and stocked with everything and more that you would need for your stay. Great neighborhood and location. Highly recommend this property!!!

A wonderful stay at a wonderful property. Better than pictures listed. Extremely clean and well-appointed with everything you could need. Location was great and everything worked in the house! Property management was great, even though we didn't need them for our stay, they were there in case we did. Great communication. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to rest of the Cape. Pool was perfect for adults and kids. Definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

We rented this property with the idea of planning all of our activities there instead of going out and about. We were so happy with our stay and the property as well as the management. Would stay again 10/10.
