The condo was excellent and Lynn is truly a great host.. she went above and beyond for my mom’s 60th and left us a bottle of mom’s favorite wine at check in! It’s easy to walk to the beach or ride your bike there, and you’re not too far from pretty much anything on the island!

Villa is beautifully decorated. It was very clean and had everything you could need. Very comfortable for our family vacation with our 2 adult children and their significant others. Something to do for everyone with pickleball / tennis courts, private beach access, pool, and golf. Lynn is a very attentive host with awesome communication.

Great spot for tennis teammates in town for tournament. Great location, amenities, roomy and tasteful design.

This is a very comfortable and well equipped unit. Everything was clean and in excellent shape. The beach locker is a big plus if you have kids or grandkids. We plan on returning.

This was our second stay here and we had the absolute best time and cant wait for another opportunity to come back! We have lots of young kids so with that in mind: its a quickest little walk or drive to beach access, a beach locker with sand toys and beach chairs so we arent dragging them far or bringing our own, very short walk to pool and to play pickleball and look for alligators. Location is excellent in general if you want to drive somewhere. House itself has a great layout, plenty of space to spread out and places to sleep kiddos. Plenty of supplies, very clean and super comfortable beds. Lots of wonderful touches like box fans in the bedrooms, portable crib, high chair, wheeled cooler. Its so easy as parents to ACTUALLY feel like we are on vacation too. 100% feels like a true home away from home!

We came to Hilton head under very unfortunate family circumstances. We were met with incredible love and support from Lynn who made us feel welcomed and comfortable in our short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was set up nicely and easy to access. The rooms were spacious and clean. Checking in/out was very easy and we appreciated the communication from the host. It was professional and helpful.

Beautiful villa. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating for everyone. Easy 15min walk to beach. Pool was nice. The kitchen was the most well stocked with cooking and serving dishes. We have stayed at many VRBOs and usually have to buy something that’s missing, but not this time. Would definitely stay here again.

This townhome is amazing! From the front parking, lovely courtyard, spacious suites (with their own bathrooms), outside patios, stocked kitchen, TVs, games, location, beach club entrance, bike paths, pool; tastefully decorated, clean, very clean & even more. This was a ladies trip for adventure. We biked, explored nature trails shopped, beach walking, Island hopping, lighthouse climbing, boating, relaxing, fun, fun fun,. How lucky we were to have this place!

Beautiful property with all the amenities you'd want in a beach stay. This home is lovely for friends, family, and any occasion. Highly recommend!

Check in was effortless. The kitchen was nice, well stocked with essential kitchen stuff. The house was very clean, nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Easy drive to the beach, it was nice to have a beach parking pass. Loved the beach locker. Lynn was quick to respond to any texts.

The villa, its location and the decor invite comfort, relaxation and a vacation vibe! It was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. Lynn was so welcoming to us. The area is beautiful and the warm water of the ocean was just great!

Our stay was wonderful! Lynn was the best host. My Dad is a golfer so on the golf course was perfect. Lynn also provided great golf recommendations. Grab bars in downstairs bath and a bedroom downstairs is just what we needed for my Dad and Stepmom. Would like to stay again and highly recommend.

The property is located in a gorgeous community, very walkable and bike friendly. The beach locker with chairs is a HUGE plus. Honestly, Lynn has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and convenient as possible and this place truly was the best stay! Clean, spacious, close to everything! Clean

Lynn was so gracious and very communicative. Answered all my questions before and after our stay. The condo was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Kitchen extremely well stocked, lots of games to play, very comfortable beds and furniture....lots of room! Can't say enough about this place and Lynn. We will definitely stay there again when in Hilton Head!

Our townhouse was perfect for three couples who had their own en-suite bedroom. Shipyard is indeed a paradise with beautiful vegetation and walking/biking trails throughout.
