Guest Access:

Exclusive access to the entire villa, including three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and three and a half bathrooms. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable living room, and the private outdoor pool. Free parking is available on the premises. Guests also have access to a shared fitness room within the villa project.

Shambhala Grand Villa is conveniently situated near Boat Avenue, offering easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Friday Night Market, all within a short walk (200-300 meters). For transportation, the GRAB app provides a reliable taxi service. Guests also benefit from a complimentary shuttle service to Boat Avenue and Bang Tao Beach, available three times daily; reservations are required through the on-site concierge or reception. For exploring further, scooter, car, and bicycle rentals can be arranged through your host.



Other Things to Note:

• Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site.

• Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session.

• Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.

• A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs.

• The base rate covers up to 6 guests with the standard bed setup. For more than 6 guests, the system will automatically calculate and add the extra bed fee. • If fewer than 6 guests are staying but extra beds or a non-standard setup is requested, an additional bed charge will apply.
