SEVEN SEAS JAMAICA - Luxury 4 Bed Beach Villa in Ocho Rios - STAFF INC

We all had a great time at the Seven Seas Villa, Mammee Bay.  The Staff, each was attentive, approachable, polite, we all enjoyed their company.  Denise knew what would be a good daily menu. The grocery billing was very easy and the pre-estimated total was right on.  Our meals were fresh and tasty. And the grandkids loved the ringing of the dinner bell. Trevor provided our requested tennis lessons.  The court is in good shape, and we used it numerous times. Jerome/Jerry was our driver for the week. He was polite, very sociable with all of us, and was available anytime. We enjoyed the pool and spa every day, and spent hours in the ocean with the brown Labs Rio and Rummy.  Lots of fun, and our two grandsons actually snorkeled along the small reef, down toward Bamboo Blu. This small protected reef is perfect for beginners, there are no strong currents or waves.  Denise makes the best Jamaica rum punch. Thank you for your hard work and we will stay in touch in regards to future vacation rentals.

Our trip was AMAZING!!!!! Truly the best our family has been on. The property was beautiful and the staff was so attentive and made sure everything was in order. I can't thank you enough for all of your help. We are so very grateful for the experience!

This is the most beautiful, luxurious villa. It was very clean and the staff took amazing care of us. One thing that would have helped with our planning would have been knowing the mandatory tip amount and grocery estimation in my initial price point estimate. We also had a small problem with the night security trying to get a little too friendly with my 22 year old daughter, but I reported it and they handled it immediately and sent us a huge gift basket and flowers. Denise the head of the villa was very nice and all the meals were perfect. She even customized for our picky eaters. The pool and hot tub were a favorite of ours. They were both perfect. They also had a supply of sunscreen for us which was convenient. We hope to be able to visit again soon. Jamaica is a beautiful country with friendly people and this was an incredible place to stay.

I had the most unforgettable stay with my friends…the staff were amazing and the location was fantastic! Emma and Noreen at Exceptional Villas were outstanding. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a great time and have told about 10 other families that this is the only way to travel. Seven Seas was perfect, and the staff was really excellent. We would definitely go back and recommend others to go as well. You were incredibly helpful and really tied the entire vacation together nicely.

It's our last night at Seven Seas and this has been the best villa vacation ever. Seven Seas is beautiful - the setting, the grounds, the furnishings and I can't say enough about the staff and their service. They are professional, kind and their friendly manner was a pleasure. Denise is a great cook and all the meals were delicious. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to our next trip with you.

My family and I had the most wonderful vacation here and the staff are the most amazing team of people! They were so friendly and accommodating...and the food was soooo good! Yummy! It really is heaven there. The kids wanted beachfront but we still had a great time swimming and snorkelling from the deck and went to the nearby beach... Love it here!

We had such a fantastic time at Scotch on the Rocks...Everything was perfect. The service we received before we arrived from exceptional villas really was Exceptional! And the staff at the villa were just out of this world... Scotch on the Rocks is my idea of PARADISE!!!
