Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great stay in the big villa. Perfect starting point for our trips to hills. If you have car, you can get almost everywhere easily. Spacious villa with the pool. We really enjoyed stay there.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House is immaculate and well equipped. Enjoyed our stay from the first moment we arried. Managed to find the place quite easily from the directions given- and that was at 11pm at night when its quite dark around. House is in a quiet area. Its about 10-15mins walk from the centre of town and mostly flat so quite easy to walk. Parking was not a problem and there was even fresh eggs available when we went as there were chickens at the the far end of the garden (fenced off). Would definitely stay again- Santa Maria is a great base for day trips to other parts of the island. I would recommend the vineyard in the town. We had the tour and it was great value.
