Idyllic little country house in Selva, with private pool and mountain views, for 2 people.
The pool is saltwater and measures 7.5m x 4.5m, with a depth between 1.5 and 2m. On the terrace there are sun loungers so you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean weather, surrounded by almond groves. Imagine it when they are in bloom! The orchard is fenced and has fruit trees such as apple, fig, pomegranate, orange and plum trees. It also has views of the Tramuntana mountains, a World Heritage Site, and the villages of Selva and Caimari. On the porch, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast while watching the sun rise or take refuge with a good book under the thatched roof. There is a mobile barbecue for preparing a tasty barbecue with the family.

The house is simple and comfortable. It has all the basic amenities for your stay. The entrance leads to the living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. There is a sofa, a fireplace, satellite TV and a dining table. The kitchen is gas-powered and has an electric oven, dishwasher and other utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and serves the whole house. The property has a mobile fan, two electric radiators and two wood-burning stoves. Please note that firewood is not included.

The surrounding countryside is very peaceful. You can visit the romantic mountain villages in the surrounding area, such as Selva, Caimari, Moscari or Mancor de la Vall, or climb up to the sanctuary of Lluc. It is a great area for excursions, whether by car, cycling or hiking. You can even go rock climbing. In half an hour by car you can reach the long, sandy beach of Alcúdia. However, the central location of this house means that you can easily reach any part of the island. In Selva, you will find a small shop for your basic needs, as well as a few restaurants. In Inca, which is 5 km away, there are larger supermarkets and all kinds of shops and services.

Please note that, due to certain characteristics of the accommodation, it is not the most suitable option for families with small children.

    Nella casa c'era tutto, i mobili bellissimi, le stoviglie, detersivi, phon da viaggio, il materasso comodo, asciugamani ecc... La proprietaria è super carina, ci tiene molto alla proprietà e va ripagata tenendo sempre sempre tutto in ordine. La piscina si sta sfaldando completamente nel fondo e sui lati, sicuramente andrebbe smaltata, è una grande cosa averla, ma deve essere ben tenuta, le formiche bisogna combatterle, ma teniamo presente che ci troviamo in mezzo alla campagna.
