Secluded Waterfront Single Family Villa with Private Pool – 3,000 Sq of Luxury

We stayed at Jim and Cora's beautiful home before, and it continues to be AMAZING!!! The house is spacious and always kept very clean. Highly functional with three full sized bedrooms with designated bathrooms, spaced nicely inside the home. Great kitchen and strong WIFI. The outside cascading patio and pool that overlooks Half Moon Bay steals the show. Endless Breeze is the perfect name as an endless breeze blows off the ocean as you enjoy the pool deck and exterior of the property. More than the house, Jim is a wonderful and genuine host, a good man who truly cares about his guest's travel experience. Good communication and willing to help and accommodate in any way possible. The on-site property manager, Juanita, is also wonderful and very responsive. Jim, thanks for the Keurig coffee machine, my 82-year-old Mom's first visit to Grand Cayman and she could not stop talking about your hospitality and the beautiful home. What a beautiful property with enough space and everything we needed for a family of six. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool, the lanais, combed the beach and even saw some wildlife, right in the yard! This house is a gem, what find!!

This house is amazing. Very spacious for families and secluded for quiet relaxation time at night and swimming! I had one question and the host was quick to respond. It was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Magnificent property, with every detail taken care of inside and out. The screened outside patio was great, and there is shade somewhere around the property at every hour of the day. Everything was provided, and almost everything worked flawlessly.The owner and property manager were amazingly responsive. We have never rented a property where the owner himself was so readily available, and eager to help and answer questions.The location was private and quiet, although there was construction around the bay that made noise when the big trucks came in to remove the excavations. But this is obviously temporary, and just bad luck for us.The beach is disappointing. We knew this going in, but it is doubly frustrating because the water is the warmest ocean we have ever experienced. But the rocky shore and rocky ocean bottom make it almost impossible to get into the ocean at all. The currents were also very strong. This was very frustrating, because we really wanted to be in the sea. But the pool is excellent.After 40 years of staying in various places around the Caribbean, we both agree that this is the nicest place we have ever been. This was the best vacation we have ever taken. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Beautiful house & setting. Convenient to a selection of good restaurants. Shopping (groceries) about 10 minutes away. Pool was a godsend.

The amenities were everything we could hope for. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could ask for. I personally loved that the bedrooms were separated and very private, each with it’s own bath. The privacy and ambience around the pool was only matched by the amazing surf and early and late sunshine showcase.

This was our second time staying and it was absolutely amazing! Jim is wonderful to work with- the views and house are gorgeous!

Our stay was wonderful! We have no complaints. The view was beautiful. There was a path to the ocean so we could snorkel out front. Lots of info provided on what to do and where. Communication with the host was pleasant. We did not need to contact the property manager for anything. It was a perfect stay and would definitely stay again.

Communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean, and amenities were terrific. Awesome view of the water with great snorkeling. If you want a calm experience vs the bustle of Seven Mile Beach, then this house at the East End is for you.

This villa is exactly as advertised. Right on the rocky beach, listening to the surf from either the pool, the deck or the private balconies. It’s a short drive to Rum Point, our favorite food place and bar with a sandy beach and lounge chairs provided. We totally relaxed and recommend this house for enjoying Grand Cayman Island!

This was my second stay at this extraordinary property and we will be returning for a third visit because I cannot put into words how beautiful and relaxing our stay was. Booking, communication, cleanliness, everything was perfect. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay and it was resolved immediately without disruption to our stay. You will never forget memories made here!

We loved staying at Endless Breeze! The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. The view was perfect and the pool was so nice to have when needing a cool off. We really enjoyed staying on the East End.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very private, peaceful and beautifully maintained. And it's so spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need. The location is quiet and away from the crowds, but every activity was only a 20-30 minute drive. We loved waking up to the beautiful views of the ocean every day. The communication with Juanita and Jim was fantastic, and they even allowed us an early check-in due to our early flight arrival.The only downside was the record level of sargassum on the island, which could not be helped. Jim made me aware of it prior to our visit and had the landscaper clear some from the beach when we were there. I did still snorkel a few times, and we still enjoyed the private beach, but the sargassum was a bit of a nuisance. There were other beaches on the island that were clear, so we mostly snorkeled away from the house.Overall, this is a lovely property and we had a fantastic stay. Shoutout to Tukka East- it's pretty close to the house, and we ate there several times during our stay.

The property was perfect for our family of 5! Plenty of space for us to spread out and plenty of bathrooms! The pool is large enough to have fun but not overtake the back patio area! We enjoyed lunch in the screen porch and lounging on the cozy couches after a day of snorkeling!We even got to see a sea turtle nest and help when the volunteers came to study it after the hatch!The host was very accommodating and responsive! We were so glad we stayed in East End - away from the crowds and around severaloptions for local cuisine and fantastic public beach access points where we could snorkel right off the beach!The house was very well equipped - very much appreciated so we didn’t have to pack bulky beach towels and spend a fortune buying laundry detergent among other things! We highly recommend this property!

Endless Breeze is a beautiful oasis on the peaceful East End. My family of four were extremely comfortable in the house, loved the pool area with the visiting rooster and lizards, sunrises and sunsets, and access to absolutely fantastic snorkeling. My husband was in Half Moon Bay almost every day where he saw all kinds of fish and even a shark. It was easy to drive everywhere. We loved how private the house felt. Jim and Juanita were so prompt with all their replies and help. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental.

We found it! The perfect place. Great house! Well maintained! Great hosts! Incredible ocean front view! We will be back!

Everything there was very nice. I would definitely stay there again. I would recommend this place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. There were only a couple of things I would give a thumbs down for. The lights in the little gazebo didnt work, the pillows were way to hard, I woke up with a neck ache and had to resort to using one of the decorative pillows. Lastly the wifi was terrible. We stayed in the master bedroom and was only able to have the tv for 2 nights. I resorted to watching my phone. My friends stayed in the upstairs bedroom and were able to get theirs to work most of the time.

Peace and quiet, spacial

We enjoyed our visit. Sitting out on the patio in the early mornings were so nice. The view couldn’t have been any better!

This house is amazing. Very high quality furnishings. Everything we needed was in the house. Being off the beaten path this location was perfect to just relax and unwind while away from all the tourist areas. We enjoyed the pool which had a great view of the ocean. All the landscaping was immaculate and beginning to bloom. Our host gave us some recommendations for some wonderful meals. My only complaint….. we had but just 5 days to enjoy this jewel.

We absolutely loved our week's stay at your beautiful Villa! We didnt want to leave. Inside the Villa is gorgeous! Outside is even more so! Beautiful landscaping, wonderful pool and oh my goodness the ocean view was beyond perfection. Spending time lounging on the patio we experienced peace and tranquility watching and listening to the waves. We had amazing weather to enjoy your place and some adventures....Stingray Island, 7 mile beach, Crystal Cave, Dolphin Cove, amazing restaurants! Thank you Jim!

Awesome House in a great location, away from the busy area but a short drive to anywhere on the island. Amazing views and great snorkeling for adults and kids alike right out the back door! Seeing several big lobsters were the kids favorite!The “Endless Breeze” name is fitting as all 8 days we were here, there was a refreshing breeze as we sat on the back patio.The pool was great to have as well!The kitchen is very well stocked if you prefer to get groceries and make anything you would like.Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Jim (the owner) has a beautiful oasis on the sea where it feels like you are experiencing God's gift of bliss firsthand. I can't tell you how well the property is appointed with everything that you should need. The host Juanita is lovely and I couldn't believe how clean and pristine the property was. There is a reason this place has been awarded best vacation rental on the island because you have an owner and host who truly cares. Would stay here again if the opportunity ever presented itself. Fantastic

We celebrated a 50th anniversary with our adult children. The house was the perfect size, right on the water. We saw the sunrise and sunsets almost every day. The BBQ was clean and worked perfectly. The kitchen was large and wonderful! The bedroom suites were perfect, private and all looked out onto the water! It was a wonderful week!

Wonderful property on a great island. We stayed for Christmas and New Years. Property was as advertised. Very clean. Unbelievable view. Lots of room in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen, so the six of us all had our own space if we wanted it. Location was perfect to be away from the crowds when we wanted to be, or over to the west side with a short drive. Owner was responsive and provided some extra information to make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We spent a week at Endless Breeze with family. We were celebrating 2 anniversaries and a grandchild's birthday. This was a special place for us. This villa is truly amazing with a special layout that allows for privacy/space but still wonderful space to be together in living area and patio. It is so beautiful here, indoors and outside. The property has so many amenities in all rooms, and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed being at the quieter part of the island away from the crowds, but still close enough to go anywhere. We visited the entire island, the botanical gardens, Rum Point, the Turtle Centre, the Cayman parrot sanctuary, Smith's Cove, and horseback riding in the West Bay. Even though a tropical storm passed by, we were still able to enjoy the beautiful beach. The house was very clean, probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The owner was reachable and made sure everything was good for our stay, and check in was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with some other couples, and loved every minute of it. It is very peaceful to sit and watch the waves coming in. It is on a quieter side of the island and was perfect to relax.

Excellent location away from the crowds on the east end of the island. House had normal wear but nicely maintained and updated. Requested AC turned down as it is locked and they were very responsive. Home was clean and pool area was excellent. It is not a sand beach but it is beautiful and we went in many days.
