Nature lovers will be amazed—our beach is a nesting ground for sea turtles. In 2022 alone, we witnessed six nests with 317 hatchlings making their way to the ocean. In 2019, our villa hosted the first verified turtle nest in the area, and more have appeared each year since—an unforgettable natural spectacle.

Relax on the expansive pool deck, unwind under the shaded gazebo, or take in panoramic ocean views from every room of the house from virtually every angle. Facing due south, the villa offers breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and you might even spot a cruise ship passing by. Snorkel in the reef-protected waters of Half Moon Bay, just steps from your door. Our adjacent sandy lot enhances both privacy and space, creating a virtually private beach experience.

A true local landmark, the villa stands proudly against the backdrop of the Caribbean Sea. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and enjoy a full range of cable TV channels. Entertainment options include a 55” LED TV in the family room, a 50” TV in Master Bedroom #1, and a 32” TV in Master Bedroom #2. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras: one at the front door, one overlooking the parking area, and one on the east bedroom patio facing the sea. These can be turned off upon request to ensure complete privacy.



Recent Upgrades & Additional Features

In 2024, we enhanced the villa with newly screened-in areas, including the master bedroom patio and gazebo, offering a more comfortable outdoor experience. We also added a large, beautifully screened-in lanai, featuring lounging chairs, a picnic table with padded seating, and easy access to the Weber grill—just steps away. No need to worry about propane, as a spare tank is always on hand.

The lanai can be accessed through brand-new hurricane-rated sliding glass doors or via the lower bedroom, leading directly to the spacious pool deck and kidney-shaped pool. There’s plenty of comfortable poolside seating, allowing you to relax and take in the stunning Caribbean views.

In 2025, we further elevated the villa’s elegance and comfort with custom draperies on the oversized 8’ x 12’ glass doors, each offering a unique view of the Caribbean Sea. For a restful night’s sleep, all bedrooms are now equipped with blackout draperies, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for another beautiful day in paradise.


We are just 50 feet from the water—so close you could toss a shell into it from the pool. While our beach boasts beautiful white sand, it is naturally mixed with coral and rock formations. Entering the water requires some caution, as the shoreline consists of ironshore, making the first 20 feet into the bay somewhat slippery. Depending on the season, sea urchins may be present in the crevices of the rock. However, once past this point, you’ll enjoy crystal-clear waters and some of the best snorkeling on the island. For comfort and safety, we highly recommend wearing pool or water shoes.
