Welcome to our Seaside Villa Golfers Delight with south-facing and electrically heated pool (heating included). Up to four guests will find everything they need for a carefree and comfortable vacation in Cape Coral, Florida. Located on the canal with complete privacy with a view across the canal to the nearby golf course.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, everything you need for barbecuing, a blender, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, Nespressomachine, and a regular filter coffee machine.

The vacation home has two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom with king-size bed and 43 smart TV is a private retreat with its own spacious bathroom including bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sink.

The second bedroom is furnished with queen-size beds and a 43 smart TV.

The second bathroom with private access is equipped with a bathtub/shower combination, a vanity, and a toilet.

An additional bonus is the separate entertainment room, which is equipped with its own smart TV and surround sound system.
