Seaside Villa Coral Point, renovated, south facing, in 2 minutes on open river

Great stay overall, would recommend. The pool was great along with comfortable beds. AC worked great too. No toilet paper in bathrooms or paper towels. That would have been nice to have especially for check-in day. Also bedroom on 2nd floor had several critters/bugs. I would recommend spraying for these as we found 5 during the stay. Very clean otherwise, also would have been nice to have lighting inside the lanai by the sitting area. At nights it’s pitch black. Also, there is no lighting by the dock. If you rented a boat like we did, you’ll have problems getting onto the boat getting off the boat in the evening.

This house is a gem. Perfect set up with 2 masters when traveling with friends. Absolutely clean and even better than the pictures! Overall quiet neighborhood, great for taking walks. Best area is out back with a southern exposure pool and hot tub, sun all day and a pool heated to the perfect temperature. Florian is a dream to work with and attentive to all needs. We loved our stay and will be back next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and is as shown in the picture. The property manager was available to help if we needed anything. He was so helpful and timely. The house is great for multiple families given that it has two primary bedrooms. A couple of highlights:- we had asked if it was possible to have a couple more wash clothes and got them same day!- we were there during unseasonably cold temperatures and yet the pool heater helped to make our vacation fun for the adults and kids!- we brought our own games but couldn't help but learn a new game (Ticket to Ride) or put together a new puzzle that was available for us. Thank you. Everything was great and would recommend.

This property was beautiful inside and out, very clean and well kept. The owner was fast to respond with any questions. We went on a vacation with some friends got to see manatee, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and visited a few spots recommended in the binder set out for us. Overall 10/10 stay.looking forward to another visit and would highly recommend.

Overall stay at this property was great. House is beautiful and well stocked with your everyday needs. Outside is where we spent most of our time at pool and spa. Will definitely like to stat at this property in the future

This house was a fantastic and beautiful gem to stay at, pictures and descriptions are on point or even better in person. It was simple to arrive and communication with management was freely available. Check in was simple and friendly and then we were free to relax and enjoy! Right up the street from big stores and restaurants, you couldn't tell at all. Quiet, private, clean and friendly neighborhood. The house was kitted out and we had no problems cooking and living while there. And the pool! Perfect for warm dips in the hot tub, cool fun in the pool, and all of the sunny goodness in the deck chairs. Looking forward to returning, this is our first vacation in years and it was the perfect return to Florida.
