Stayed Apr 23, 2026Really enjoyed our stay! The oceanfront location and views were amazing! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach erosion and access was not ideal but understand this is no fault of the property owner. Would stay here again!

Stayed Apr 13, 2026We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teens. It was a great fit for our family. The beach was about 100 steps from our room. I would certainly recommend paying a bit more for the beachfront/view location, over a unit that is set farther back in a parking lot/complex. Makes it very easy to get in and out to the beach. The kitchen was very nice and clean- recently renovated it appears. The building was quiet/no noise issues, and parking was easy right under our unit. I would prefer a few more bath towels in the unit, as well as additional paper towels/dish washer pods. We do rent a vrbo over a hotel room for kitchen usage for our family- and we needed a bit more than was provided. I would recommend the unit and complex to other families! If we return to the area we'd gladly stay there again!

Stayed Oct 22, 2025Was awesome! Property exactly as advertised but did not do the beach view justice. Spectacular view of beach from both the deck and master bedroom. May have been the time of year but beach was pristine and not crowded. We will likely be back next fall.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025We wanted a place where we could wake up and sip coffee overlooking the ocean and this place certainly delivered! Great views and no more than 10 paces from the beach - really tremendous. Space was clean and exactly as it looked it the online profile.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This property was very cozy! The kitchen was well supplied and lots of space to cook. The location was nice being oceanfront but not a lot of beach to sit on given the dunes and rocks. It’s quite a distance from many things. We will definitely come back!

Stayed Oct 27, 2024My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed in 11C Seagrove for a short beach getaway and absolutely loved it. The proximity to the beach was a priority for us and this can’t be beat! We were immediately struck by how clean the condo was and how nicely decorated it was also. It is both very nice and very comfortable. Check-in was simple and communication was prompt and clear. Check-out was also a breeze. We left saying we would definitely like to return, and stay longer!
