SEA TRUE VILLA ,NEW EDIFICE 2021, LAVISH !

Excellent property. The views were amazing. The area was beautiful and close to so much.Everything worked as it should. The property owner was very responsive It would have been helpful to have paper towels and some dishwasher detergent, otherwise, AMAZING!

The host was welcoming and the place was nice! We did have a couple issues but they were resolved internally and quickly. Beautiful place would stay again!

This place never disappoints. This is our fourth year, staying at the villa. The sights and sounds of overlooking the airport, and the ample and luxurious lodgings, never get old.

The pictures does not do this home justice, absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Easy check in and check out. Absolutely no complaints.

Overall the house and property was very clean. Bedrooms are very large and they had their own bathrooms with an amazing walk in shower. Frederick and Lesker were very responsive with easy check-in and checkout processes and answered all of our questions promptly. Loved the pool area and the beautiful landscaping where we would watch the planes takeoff and land with the ships and water in the background. Very nice area to walk around and it’s short walk into Maho and Mullet Bay. The only negative thing about our trip was when we had to leave.

Had the most amazing time at Fredrick property from the patience of our arrival process and trying to find the house to being accommodating with house needs and always responsive I’ve never stayed at a property and the host has been overall supportive in every way. He even tried to help with birthday decorations. I will stay here a million times over again. Thank you we throughly enjoyed our stay

My family enjoyed this property and it was as advertised. Frederick (the owner) was very accommodating with our check in and check out process.The property was clean and the location was great given that we had a rental car to explore the island.Having the pool was wonderful and while the airport can be a little noisy it is manageable. Thanks

Everything about this property is perfect, the villa is beautiful in a great location.

Lots of Ants on counter where food is kept, leaky air conditioners and toilet. Only 2 lounge chairs for 6 people. Never knew cleaning schedule. Never had cleaning person ask what we wanted cleaned. Always been entire house any other place we have rented.

Great location, easy to get to. Close to our favorite beach. Mullet! We come to St.Martan every year and have stayed all over the island. This was a Great stay.
