Stayed Feb 12, 2025Overall the house and property was very clean. Bedrooms are very large and they had their own bathrooms with an amazing walk in shower. Frederick and Lesker were very responsive with easy check-in and checkout processes and answered all of our questions promptly. Loved the pool area and the beautiful landscaping where we would watch the planes takeoff and land with the ships and water in the background. Very nice area to walk around and it’s short walk into Maho and Mullet Bay. The only negative thing about our trip was when we had to leave.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025Had the most amazing time at Fredrick property from the patience of our arrival process and trying to find the house to being accommodating with house needs and always responsive I’ve never stayed at a property and the host has been overall supportive in every way. He even tried to help with birthday decorations. I will stay here a million times over again. Thank you we throughly enjoyed our stay

Stayed Dec 20, 2024My family enjoyed this property and it was as advertised. Frederick (the owner) was very accommodating with our check in and check out process.The property was clean and the location was great given that we had a rental car to explore the island.Having the pool was wonderful and while the airport can be a little noisy it is manageable. Thanks

Stayed Mar 3, 2023Lots of Ants on counter where food is kept, leaky air conditioners and toilet. Only 2 lounge chairs for 6 people. Never knew cleaning schedule. Never had cleaning person ask what we wanted cleaned. Always been entire house any other place we have rented.

Stayed Jan 9, 2023Great location, easy to get to. Close to our favorite beach. Mullet! We come to St.Martan every year and have stayed all over the island. This was a Great stay.

Stayed Jul 17, 2022Very nice property walking distance to everything within 10min. Very nice neighbors within the community. The pool is everything to relax onsite. I would say 4.5 stars. It was challenges using stove and slight ant problem however that probably comes from construction and wooded area
