We had a wonderful time at the Swallow. Very comfortable clean and the host was responsive to my emails when we had trouble with the hot tub. Fixed the problem and we were very happy. The beds were very comfortable and if you answer these surveys would love to know the brand of bed you have.

Everything was just perfect for our stay of 3 nights. The walking distance to town was not more than fifteen minutes at the most. Kitchen amenities were a bit lacking in some supplies like sugar, some plastic wrap, foil, baggies, etc. Otherwise, all was great.

The cutest cottage in the best location for visiting Saugatuck. So easily walkable to the main spots, and beautiful area as well! The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed!

We rented this place for a friend’s 70th birthday. Beds were very comfortable. It is stocked with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of bath towels, hot tub towels, toilet paper and soap. Location was a short walk to downtown. Great screened in porch to enjoy your coffee or a cocktail and people watch. Much nicer than the picture portray online. We will be back!

Very comfortable and well maintained

We enjoyed our Swallow cottage. It mainly had everything we needed for making a breakfast. Plastic cups for the hot tub would be nice. We were missing hangers in the closets for our clothes, so I had a friend bring some. The master bed near the laundry is super soft and you start to sink into it - not in a good way - hahaha. I Needed an adjustment afterwards. The room with the two beds sure could use a small dresser for there things. For the opposite master please add a mirror for getting ready! Helps eliminate using small bathroom space. We couldn’t see at night to get jets working on the hot tub, but having warm water was a nice. The screened in porch was lovely!Great location! Just minutes from downtown!

Property was exactly as advertised - super close to the heart of Saugatuck as well as close to beaches, easy access, clean, and the hot tub was great! Everything was easy to use and figure out and communication from the time of booking to check in/check out was seamless and easy. Would definitely book again. Thank you!!

Four of us enjoyed our first trip to western Michigan for Tulip Time. The Swallow was perfect for us—- quiet, clean, well furnished and stocked. We enjoyed learning about the history of the house. The living spaces were comfortable and inviting, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Central air and heat were set well, and showers were excellent. The location was perfect for venturing to Holland, and we enjoyed excellent meals in Saugatuck restaurants. We highly recommend your cottage.

We had a wonderful stay in The Swallow! The home was well appointed, spacious and clean. My only suggestion is to update pictures on VRBO…the new furniture & paint are beautiful! The older pictures don’t do the home justice!!

The photos are not correct & therefore misleading. The jacuzzi was not the one in photo. It was much older & difficult to take cover off & on so only used it once. Living room had fireplace in photo & there wasn’t one. Actually the LR furniture was better than photo as sectional & sofa. It was a great location & everything worked in house. The outside needs painting,

We were in town for three days to visit Saugatuck and use the bike trails. The property was as described, clean and more than roomy enough for two couples. The walk to town was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at The Swallow. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of common space and it was nice having separate room/bathroom spaces plus a huge closet to keep our stuff in! Excellent location for walking to bars, restaurants and shops. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

The Swallow was better than I imagined! Not only was it easy to find and clean, but it was perfectly located near town! We went for a bachelorette trip and we all were so amazed by the house and Saugatuck!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable describes The Swallow! We loved the location, a short walking distance into town for dining & shopping. Morning coffee on the screened-in porch was the best. Great host, definitely would stay here again!
