Stayed Aug 3, 2024Our family has been coming to Delaware for the past four years now. Our stay in Frankford at Millville By The Sea was just perfect. Such a quaint and comfortable home with quite a number of amenities: 2 pools, pickleball court, workout room at the clubhouse. Thank you for such a great time! We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to any family…those with either younger or older children. Thank you once again for another great year vacationing in Delaware.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We can’t say enough great things about this property! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, huge rooms and closets (a pack and play would fit in both “master bedroom” closets). We had two families staying so 1 family took the upstairs and 1 took downstairs and everyone had their own space. Screened in back patio was so relaxing, especially during the rainy day we had. Neighborhood is great, especially the pool. Can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed Aug 20, 2023The house was immaculate and well maintained. The sleeping arrangement of the bedrooms proved ideal for early risers on the first floor and late sleepers on the second. The upstairs entertainment area provided a comfortable refuge from the bustle of the first floor open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, enabling cooking and baking for a birthday celebration. Both the owner and the guest contact were readily available and responded to any questions immediately. The community lies some fifteen minutes from the beach, but is close to a comprehensive grocery store, restaurants and other necessities.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022Although the photos online were nice to walk in and see the home in person the photos didn’t do it justice. The home was beautifully decorated and much more spacious then expected.

Stayed Jun 29, 2022What a gem!! Brand new, tastefully decorated home just 15 minutes from Bethany Beach! Great property with pools, trails, lakes, gym & more. The owner is very helpful & quick to answer any questions. We had a great time during our stay, & will definitely be back!
