Sapala All - Exclusive Oceanfront Rustic Villa with Private Pool

Our group enjoyed this villa! We had plenty of room for all 12 of us—6 adults and 6 kids. The four upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The pool is nice and large, and the view cannot be beat! Some parts of the exterior structure likely needs updating, but it did not keep us from enjoying our stay.

This property's location is perfect. House needs some repair, but nothing that interferes with your stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Great outdoor space with relatively new grill. Unmatched views! Walk to Jack's Bay. Walk to Grapetree Resort restaurants. Close to Christiansted. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Would definitely come back. Pool is beautiful. Outdoor shower is awesome. Beds are comfy. Very nice neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Lots of extras for snorkeling and beach chairs.

The hostess responded when we had a question, which was nice?As for the amenities that needs lots of work. The pictures that were taken is from a long time ago!But what we want was on the ocean, 5 bedroom and 5 bathrooms, that's what we got!

We arrived after 4:00 to check in; there were 5 cars in the drive, and were asked to come back as people were 'still cleaning'. We came back after 6:00 pm and the state of the house was unclean. There was visible mold on the box springs and in the coffee maker (it had not been cleaned at all). The inside of the microwave was covered in spattered food. Showers had visible mold and random Aussie conditioner bottles. We left the next morning, moving to another property. The owners were very responsive when I reported the issues and provided a full refund.

Lovely house, great views and location. We stayed for a week and the house was perfect for 14 of us. Communication with the host was incredibly easy and fast. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

A beautiful property with breathtaking views. There was plenty of room for our group of 11 to come together, or to to get some alone time. We even had a guest appearance by an iguana. Loved how close to the Isaac's Bay trail we were!

We loved the pool, the view second to none, and the kitchen perfect. Best feature, was the good AC in common Areas. That is NOT common anywhere in the tropics. Usually in bedrooms, but not in Common Areas. Tropical Storm Ernesto hurt the downstairs apartment and we couldn’t use it, but they refunded that portion. Host was VERY helpful and never got frustrated with our questions. Might need a good coat of paint, but other than that, good.

The location on the water walking distance to Jack and Isaac's Bay or the Restaurant at Grapertree bay was convenient. The pool is refreshing. Once we learned which switches controlled what, we were very comfortable. It could use some cosmetic attention, but worked well for 7 of us.
