❤️ Salt Water Heated Pool on Gulf Access Canal

The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was more than well-equipped, and things were easy to find. We had some questions about how to use the spa, and the property manager took the time to explain everything to us. The location was great for us--it was easy to get into Fort Myers and out to the beach on Captiva. Would definitely recommend and book again.

We had a great time at this villa. The kitchen was beautiful and had every utensil and cooking appliance you would need. Also everything was labeled so they were easily found and returned. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms immaculate. The view outside, the pool, could not have been better. And the property manager, Sonja welcomed us and answered all our questions making our stay that much better.

This property is amazing. The property is centrally located with a short drive to a plethora of activities. Checkin was seamless. The property manager was easy to talk to, gave us the low down on how to navigate the property as well as when yard , pool, and yard services were to be expected. She also gave us a great recommendation for boat rentals. The property itself was well laid out with master on one side of the house and secondary bedrooms and bathrooms on the opposite side. We cooked most of our meals in the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. We ate all of our meals either in the screened in patio or down on the canal. Sunrises and sunsets are spectacular canal front. Fish, turtles, and a fairly good sized iguana were sighted regularly. The heated pool was a highlight and so relaxing after a day of golf.We rent VRBO properties on a regular basis( 3 to 4 times per year for 20 years). This property is by far the cleanest property we have ever rented. In addition, the owners are very involved with the property and its upkeep. We had a small issue on checking which was solved immediately. I would love to rent this property again if we find ourselves in the Cape Coral area. This respite was everything that we needed! I can’t say enough about Sonja the property manager. I manage 11 divisions and millions of square feet of space and get there are countless details to maintain real estate. There was a hiccup for the pool heat and spa…but they attended to the issue right away. - hope to have the chance come back for a longer visit.Many thanks for such kind hospitality. Paul from Boston

Annual sibling trip. House is better than pictures show. Fantastic Kitchen, Heated salt water pool. Quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space, comfortable beds! Host was best we have ever had. Met us at check in an check out. Quick on site response to a little issue we had and had it fixed within an hour!

This house is great! Our host Sonja greeted us shortly after we arrived to answer any questions and make sure we could contact her for any reason. Very nice and thank you Sonja. This house is fully stalked with everything you need. The furniture is comfortable as well as looking nice. The covered patio by the pool was my favorite place to hang out, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The owner Michael called us on our second day there, to make sure everything was good, and gave us his number to call if we needed anything also. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful house.

This villa was very clean and the check in and out process was very easy. Great communication from both property manager and owners. Great house for a family to vacation in.

This property is perfect for family or groups of 6 six to 8 adults. House was much larger then expected. Location was awesome easy access to anywhere we wanted to get to. I have stayed in many difference VRBO houses for weekend getaways to vacation times and this house was by far one of the best. Owners were quick to respond if i had questions the property manager Sonjia was very nice and pleasent as well. She was just a squick to respond when asked a question. I plan to stay here again the next time we visit Fort Meyers/Cape Coral area of Florida.

Beautiful house, nice detail. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. Mike, the owner, answered all questions and addressed any concerns to my satisfaction. I loved the special touches that made staying there even more inviting.
