Enormous villa with private pool located in s'Aranjassa, very close to Palma and very well connected with all the roads on the island.



This fantastic property stands out for its large private swimming pool, next to a spacious barbecue area where you can relax and rest during your holidays. Upon entering the villa, you access through its large and spacious living-dining room, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. Likewise, it has 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and garden.



As its main feature, it stands out for its enormous garden area. It has fantastic road or highway connections to travel to any point on the island, with several beaches within a 2km radius. The village, s'Aranjassa, is only 800 metres away, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.

All bookings include free running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.



This house does not have air conditioning, although fans will be provided to clients as necessary. It also does not have heating.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2€ per person per night of stay. Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and the neighbours' rest must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing disturbances. For this reason, parties and speakers are strictly prohibited.

    Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca von Portic Villas. Die Lage ist super, wenn man Ruhe wünscht, aber trotzdem nah an Palma und dem Meer sein möchte. Eine tolle Anlage mit viel Privatsphäre und perfekte Ausgangslage um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Portic Villas war schnell und unkompliziert. So wurde auf Anfrage gegen die kalten Nächte im Oktober ein Stapel Decken geliefert. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die Willkommensspeisen :-) und den flexiblen Check-out. Vielen Dank dafür! -

    Schöne Villa mit sehr großem Pool und weitläufigem Grundstück. Alles war sauber bei Ankunft und die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Man bekommt sofort eine freundliche Antwort und Hilfe. Gute, zentrale Lage auf der Insel. Wir würden wieder kommen. -

    Grand jardin paisible, une belle piscine, pas de vis a vis. Environnement très reposant. Tres pratique de par sa proximité avec l'aeroport. Interieur et mobilier vieillisant, literie moyenne, pas de climatisation ni ventilateur et pas de quoi eloigner les nombreux moustiques... On a neanmoins passé un tres bon we entre amis. -

    Je krijgt zeker waard voor je geld, hou er alleen wel rekening mee dag je geld voor de taxi elke keer moet betalen. Maar voor de rest echt een tophuis!!! -

    Vielen Dank für den schönen Kurzurlaub. Der Pool ist einfach der Wahnsinn! Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist, dass in der Küche keine Grundausstattung wie Pfeffer, Salz, Öl und Spühlmaschinen Tabs gab. -
