Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay on Elbow Cay.....There was a nice young man waiting for us at the marina to get us and our luggage to the house which was a huge help! When we arrived, the house was immaculate and we couldn't have been more please with the entire set up. Our contacts at the property management company were available immediately and handled the little hiccups that occur on a tropical island flawlessly and immediately. In summation, we could not have been more pleased with our entire stay!

The stay was overall amazing! The views from Rum and Coconuts were PHENOMENAL! The pool was a hit after long days in the sun, the house was AMAZING, and we absolutely loved the kitchen. It was so satisfactory being able to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic ocean and set over the sea of Abaco. Few things that we did experience although were, the grill did stop working on us, luckily we brought one for our boats and ended up using that. We did also think the detached area was one of the rooms so there was more private space but we learned quickly it was not which was not an issue once we knew. We also arrived by private boat, and found our tucked away slip in the far south east corner which was a bit tough to find. The slip says it is for up to 30' boats but we had a 42' pursuit parked right dead smack in front of us and had I had an extra 2 feet on my 28' boat it would of made for an even more difficult docking and departure with him still in his slip. We also never received a slip number for the larger 36' boat so we just picked one and luckily didn't get told to move. The hose bib was also locked and almost non-existent pressure was going to my friends boat so washing the salt and flushing the motors was nearly impossible. I reached out to get the hose bib unlocked and they said it was but sadly never got taken care of and I had a lock on it the entire trip. Luckily I filled my fresh water washdown before hand and used that the entire trip.

Beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. If you stay here soon, only recommendation is to pick up some cooking oil or butter.

The marina access is ideal for those with a boat and the location on the island is great. Beautiful views of both ocean and Abaco sea from the amazing outdoor space. The inside is spacious and clean. Large upstairs room for kids worked well. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!!

This house is located in Marnie’s Creek and it’s our first time staying in the area. Very convenient docks or you can walk not too far or cart to Tahiti beach. There is a very spacious patio with a pool but it was too chilly for us to use. We had Chef Carlton and Naomi come cook for us our last night and I highly recommend. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure which you sometimes don’t get on islands. Would highly recommend this rental.

We have been going to the Abacos for many years and it was one of our most favorite houses we have ever stayed in. The outside pool area was amazing. I just wish it had one more bedroom.Elbow Cay Properties were awesome. They were quick to respond to any issue we had and fixed the problem immediately.

Pool was an added bonus for the kids, however it was not properly maintained and was useless for long periods of time with algae and lack of chlorine, thus the 3 stars.

I would request that the mattress be replaced in the Master Bedroom. It has broken down into two wells with a huge hump in the middle. Otherwise all was spectacular!

Very comfortable beds, very large open den/kitchen, deck and pool were amazing. Sat TV for the games was great, which can be rare on many island rentals. The home had everything you would need. EC properties were great as well. Only drawback was could not find a vacuum cleaner.
