Royal View Villa - Protaras

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was a perfect location, quiet and a walking distance from the main strip. We visit Cyprus every year and stay in Villas as its home from home. My only observation about this villa was the lack of an outside light.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation – everything was great. The place was clean and comfortable, and the Villas2let workers were extremely helpful. When a small issue came up, they responded immediately and resolved it quickly. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 2 weeks in August 2024. Villa was clean, in a quiet residential area despite our neighbours partying until 07.00 on our 1st night. A couple of maintenance issues needed to be addressed including a shutter that we couldn't close, a safe we couldn't operate and a bathroom door handle that was about to fall off but other than that it was fine. The towel rail in the bathroom was on the floor when we arrived but I managed to fix this. The bedrooms are quite small and we had to move the double bed over a bit get the wardrobe doors open. My wife and daughter noticed there was nowhere to sit to do hair/make up etc. Very well equipped but had no chopping boards, sharp knives or a colander if you were self catering. Nice big wine glasses though. Felt really safe here though, nice big Fridge Freezer and really good Aircon. Pool was cleaned regularly and the free help line to Georgea and the concierge service were nice touches so you could call for advice, cab numbers etc. I'm not sure I'd stay again as I'm used to slightly larger properties but it was ok. I'd say you definitely need a car here as it's quite a walk (uphill on the way home) to anything especially in the hotter months.

This villa was a perfect size for myself, my husband and mother in law. The layout of the villa used its full potential with outdoor living in the beautiful location. Although a car is essential the villa is in a very quiet location with a lovely view of the sea. Contact with Villas2Let was quick and efficient. We will definitely be booking this villa again and would highly recommend it.

The house was very clean and comfortable, the communication with the agency and service was perfect. The pool was a little bit smaller than we thought but it was good too. We specially liked the terrace. We will come again

The location was terrific and a super base for visiting the area. The house overall was ok but felt some things missing such as directions for TV and quality kitchen items-such as good cooking pans although this was quickly rectified when asked. Also, the beds were uncomfortable and could do with refreshed pillows although this may be more personal preference. For the most part, it was a decent stay and the views from the villa amazing.

A very nice, well equipped property, with good access to the local centre of Protaras. Villas2let were fantastic hosts, communicating well before, during and after the stay. Would definitely use again.
