Villa JULIET is beautifully situated on the boarder of Ammes beach and Svoronata village, one of the most popular resorts of the island. This property overlooks the sandy coastline of Ammes turtle beach which is half a kilometre away. Within close range you will also find several restaurants, bars, beach bars, supermarkets and more. A modern property built in 2019 features an open-plan living accommodation with patio doors leading out to the balconies, terrace and the fabulous pool area thatfront the spectacular views. This stylish home offers three spacious bedrooms from which two of them have double beds and another one with twin beds. There is also cosy dining area with table and stools, a spacious living room area with an open and fully equipped kitchen, a TV, games and books, free Wi-Fi.
The outdoor pool patio area boasts spectacular sea views along the coastline with outside dining and large purpose sitting area with barbeque.
The landscaped gardens are mainly laid to lawn with plentiful flower beds containing a variety of shrubs and tropical plants and fruit trees.
The large pool terrace with its private 10 x 5m pool is a great place to relax and unwind, with amazing views out to sea. There are plentiful loungers and tables, chairs and umbrellas here.
