Romantic and family-friendly pool Villa, minutes from the beach

Excellent stay at the house. Good location in Labin - with a short drive to restaurants, supermarkets, other amenities. Some great recommendations from the host - Duga Luka being a personal favourite. Beds were very comfy - a big plus for us. Pool and outdoor space were great. Take insect repellent - there are bugs about. Water shoes a must for local beaches as well. Overall, excellent stay and would recommend the house and Croatia. Good base for a day trip to Slovenia and Italy as well.

The Haus is situated near the beautiful city of Labin and only 10 minutes from the amazing Rabac, The pool was clean, children had a realy nice time in pool, sandbox and all other activity, the Host ist very kind and give realy good tips. It was a amazing staying.

We spent a week here in Aug 18 and loved it! The house is set in a very peaceful area and has a lovely outside area with the pool, vines and garden with some nice trees. The pool was fantastic and we spent lots of time in it. The house itself was great for what we needed and very clean - bedrooms were all a good size. We were met by the Mr and Mrs Jelic when we were arrived, who were both very friendly and helpful. There was lots to do during the week - we went to the beaches at Rabac and San Marina, went to Medulin and also spent a great day in Pula [the Roman Ampitheatre in the morning, followed by a boat trip to the Brijuni islands in the afternoon]. The house is very close to the lovely little picturesque town of Labin as well and we loved the Velo Café there. Overall, highly recommended!!

This is a really lovely villa, very comfortable with nice air conditioned bedrooms. You have pretty much all you need with some basic kitchen items provided. It has a great little poolside house which stayed nice and cool for lunchtime meals near the pool which was very welcome. The gardens are beautiful and well looked after, the pool is quite small but very welcome and kept very clean like the rest of the property. You could not wish for better hosts, really very lovely kind people. Villa Teodora is our first trip to Croatia and will not be our last, a clean, friendly country that we fell in love with, the villa is a great place to explore Istria, Labin the small town near the villa is bustling and everything you need is a short drive away, very pleased we chose to try Croatia.
