Stayed Aug 2, 2025We had a fantastic stay at this lovely detached corner house in Nedešćina! Peacefully located in a quiet residential area, yet close to shops (within 5 km) and perfect for trips to Labin, Rovinj, Buzet, and Rijeka.The large, fully fenced garden with olive trees, electric gate, and carport for two cars made it ideal for our kids — and would be perfect for a dog too. The private pool was spotless and came with plenty of loungers. We loved the covered terrace with electric sunshade and the pergola with BBQ — great for outdoor dining.Inside, the house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen, while compact, had everything we needed. Strong air conditioning on both floors was a real bonus.The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. A truly relaxing and worry-free holiday spot — highly recommended!

The house and the pool were perfectly clean and suited to satisfy all our needs, the owners are very friendly and helpful people, the surroundings are beautiful and quiet, and Nedescina is ideally located to discover all the beauties of Istria.

Stayed Jul 27, 2019This was our first family holiday in Croatia and we loved it. The villa was superb and the layout was perfect as it meant our two family's could have privacy when needed. The pool was a hit with the kids who were barely out of it. Easy access to the beaches and the surrounding area. Good local restaurant and supermarket with larger supermarkets only 6-7mins away by car. The owners of the villa couldn't have been more helpful or hospitable so thank you very much!! I'd stay here again with no hesitation.

Stayed Jul 29, 2017We had a brilliant time at the property. The pool, 4m x 6m was deep enough for the whole family, and given the heat wave was the right temperature to be able to get in and out of, the outside seating area was great for both breakfast and dinner - it would have been good for lunch as well but we weren't there for that. Loved the waterfall feature on the swimming pool! Visited Labin, Rabac, took the boat to Cres and the blue Grotto, visited Rijeka and went to Plitvice lakes (well worth the visit but arrive early to get parked. We left at 8am and after 3.5 hours it took 30 mins to park!). Found nice beaches and some good restaurants and the supermarkets were OK. Prices similar to UK but a great holiday. Would recommend this place to anyone - hosts were very hospitable.
