Bedrooms
The house offers two spacious bedrooms, each located on the ground floor, furnished with king-sized beds, extra mattresses upon request, and attached bathrooms. Whether you're here for a restful night or a lazy morning, we’ve got you covered with extra blankets, bedside tables, lamps, and wardrobes. And yes, both rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.

Bathrooms
The bathrooms are equipped with modern fittings, geysers, jet sprays, and essential toiletries (shampoo, soap, conditioner) provided via a common dispenser. Towels, including hand and bath towels, are available for use.

living room
The living room is perfect for gathering—furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, fans, and a music system to add life to your evenings. No TV here, but we offer a collection of books, magazines, and even a guitar for those quiet, creative moments.

Kitchen and Dinning
Moving towards the kitchen, you’ll find a closed-layout, indoor cooking space that's accessible to guests. Fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, cookwares, mixer/grinder, kettle, gas stove, and refrigerator, it’s ideal for anyone who enjoys home-style meals. Chef-on-call services are available too, for just Rs.800 per meal, exclusive of groceries.

The outdoors at our property is equally welcoming. You'll find a lush garden, a rooftop terrace, and a common society pool that guests are welcome to use, please note we don’t have an inhouse pool. Whether you're rolling out the yoga mat for a sunrise stretch or playing a round of foosball or chess, there's always something to enjoy.
In the evenings, you can opt for a bonfire experience (Rs.800 per night) or try our barbeque setup, available on request (charges are a per the menu).
