Reunion Zen Sanctuary

We had a great time at this VRBO. The wide variety of themed bedrooms and the game room was such a great surprise for the kids. The pool with the side and hot tub was also great! The house is located within the Reunion Resort, so we had access to the water park, pickle ball courts, etc. the house is also close to the theme parks which was very convenient. Initially we had some issues with the pool heater and with the games in the game room. Once we contacted the owner, they sent a team who came out quickly to take care of our issues. heaterconvenient

Wonderful trip!! This home was everything we imagined and more. Close to Disney’s resorts and easy to get to. Everyone at the resort was so nice and helpful. The kids never ran out of anything to do! They were exhausted at the end of every day!!!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a Disney trip or family vacation. My grandson (7yrs) wanted Grandma to buy the house LOL!!

This place was nothing short of amazing. My family and I had the best time. The amenities on the premises are to die for. The check in process was very easy. We had a TV issue and the property manager came right over to fix it. I had questions and they were accessible. I would definitely visit this property again.

The property was wonderful, there was plenty of space for everyone and my grand children loved the pool, the arcade room and theme rooms. It was one of our best spring break family vacations.

This was our family's 2nd stay in this incredible house. The house was clean with all the necessary amenities available. There is plenty of space to gather together as a large family or to allow everyone to enjoy their own pursuits (pool, patio area, game room, movie theater room, Cinderella room, Star Wars room). The location is ideal, being near the end of street with very little traffic in the resort. Lilia was very responsive to any of our questions and needs before and during our stay. We couldn't ask for more and our planning dates for our next return to the property.

The house was bigger than expected, every room has its own washroom and lots of places for the kids to play. Pool area with hot tub got a lot of use. If we had to list any issues I’d say the Wifi would sometimes be an issue and and the theatre was not the easiest to operate but once we figured it out it was fine. The host was very gracious and quick to respond with any questions.

the house was great so much to do for the kids especially since we were stuck in the house for 2 days because of the storm. David was great anything we needed he was right there. would definitely stay there again.

We found this house when looking for a place for our entire family to stay. The house itself is nice, it is in need of some upkeep. Most of the games in the game room didn’t work or were broken in some fashion. The HDMI cable in the theater room was so old that it was sliding out of the projector. We also had to put our own batteries in the controller. The stove was broken, and only one burner barely worked. We used recommendations from the listing company to hire a private chef and the chef struggled to cook the meal due to this issue. The cable was disconnected from most of the TVs in the house, and would require account access to fix, so we weren’t able to utilize those either. Also know if you plan on cooking/needing to do dishes, you’ll have to buy your own detergent because they don’t provide you with more than 1 pod for the dishwasher. Just a lot of small things that when added up, made our stay a little frustrating. The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. It was a really nice feature, especially when multiple families within the family were all staying together.
