Renovated Villa, PRIVATE LARGE LEVEL GARDEN & POOL, WIFI, TV, AIRCON IN BEDROOM

Vicky's villa was lovely, clean and fully equipped with everything we could need. The pool and bbq we're perfect for the relaxing holiday we wanted and the splash pool for our 3 year old was great.You do need a car as there are no amenities walkable but beaches, towns and shops are only 15 mins away driving.Air con in the bedrooms was a definate necessity as we went in August.Karen the house manager was lovely, very friendly at check in, answered all our questions and responded quickly to text messages we sent.I would highly recommend Casa Sant Roc for a relaxing family holiday. Everything about out stay in Casa Sant Roc was perfect. The information provided by Vicky before we arrived was really useful, including some recommendations of places to visit (which were spot on!). The villa was exactly as described in the listing, and portrayed in the photos. The kitchen was a joy to be in, which is what you want when you're on holiday. The A/C was much appreciated in the bedrooms. The pool was probably the best we have had, so warm. And little touches like the table tennis made for a really enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

The villa and property is really breath taking. More beautiful in reality then the photos. All the luxury you need to have a very very relaxing vacation. The villa is modern and very well equipped, everything you need is there already. Excellent pool and allways in the sun. The porch is a very nice place to sit with the family and to cook outside and we loved the ping pong. The cleaning of the villa and the pool and the contact with Janice is superb. The villa is in a good and quit location, excellent to visit all the nearby beautiful places and beaches of the costa brava with the car. We had the best vacation, we really enjoyed all the luxury and loved the villa. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home, even better than the pictures. The grounds--pool, lawn, pavers, landscaping—all immaculate. And the accoutrements are peerless, kitchen generously outfitted, clean modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, and surprisingly good WiFi. And great location, easily driveable to stores and beach and only a 35 minute drive from the Girona airport. Communication with Vicky the owner was astounding, matched by the wonderful care given us by the local house manager Janice One thing to be aware of: There is no AC apart from the WiREMS-governed units in the three bedrooms and keeping the house open for breezes inevitably attracts flies. If you are coming in the hottest months I do recommend bringing along some loose mosquito netting to help cover the openings not already screened. All in all, a perfect place for a Catalonian holiday near the sea. For families and kids of all ages. We will never forget it and hope someday to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vicky's house. The house was very nice, clean, well-equipped and the pool enjoyed the adults as well as the kids (from the smallest one to the biggest). It is very well situated and you can reach by car within a few minutes very nice towns, beaches, supermarkets, tennis, golf anything you would like to enjoy on your holidays. We really recommend this beautiful house :)

Property is very well located in walking distance to pretty little town Calonge and have some easily accessible walks near by. Beach is just short drive from property (thought parking is not always easy for beach). Owner was very helpful and supportive during strange covid situation. Swimming pool is very reasonable size, possibly is the biggest around. We would happily stay again. Only one thing - the owner and her manager describe the property gate as being green, in fact they look very black in bright sunny day.

This lovely house is very well equipped and has a very nice pool and garden. The house is situated close to the Costa brava coast Where you find a lot of small closed in beaches.

We spent two weeks at El Baix Empordà. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area, there is a lovely shaded area for dining. The house is well equip and comfortable. There's lots to do in the area, but you do need a car to get to the beach and restaurants. Vicky is a great host, she always responded promptly to any questions.

Holiday with everything - bbq's and dining in garden, lovely private pool, fab tapas in palamos, lazing on nearby beach, kayaking on lake, superb shopping in nearby playa d'aro topped off with wine tasting and lunch at the beautiful Bell-Lloc vineyard - will be back!

We had a great holiday at this villa. Villa has everything you need equipment wise, although two of the fans could do with replacing as the backs were falling off and therefore made extra noise. It is located in quiet surroundings not far from beaches. The garden is super- lots of grass for children to play. The pool was lovely and clean and warm! My children spent most of the time in it and the toddler end was fantastic for my youngest. Calonge is only a few minutes by car but is a good 20 minute walk which is fine in day but at night the path is pitch black with no lights. Vicky, the owner was very quick at getting bank to us with queries and Karen, the manager was very helpful during our stay. Everyone had a super time!
