Renovated 4 bedroom villa with SEA VIEW - 250m from the beach - pool - garden

Fantastic villa with wonderful heated pool and stunning sea views. A great location, walkable to all the amenities you need and easy drive to st maxime and the Côte d’Azur. We will be back for sure

We stayed at Villa Solazur for 4 weeks and I have all ready written about how wonderful it is. See my previous reviews. If you are undecided-rent this villa before it is not available. You will not be disappointed. During the month we have our Children-all in their 40's and our grandchildren ages 10 to 16 come and go at different times and all agreed it is a great place in a great location.

We have now stayed at Villa Solazur for 3 weeks and we feel very fortunate that when we rented last Sept we decided to add on a fourth week. Our opinion -the Villa is spectacular and lives up to every claim and the co-operation and support from the owner Marie-Laurie and the manager Barbara is outstanding. The beds are very comfortable-the house is in great condition-and the kitchen is very well equipped.There are at least 4 good restaurants within walking distance and a short walk to Les Issambres offers all you need including boat transport to St Tropez. A beautiful beach is at the bottom of the hill.St Maxime is terrific and only a 12 minute drive to a great parking garage-Louis Blanc. Villa Solazur is a great find

Overall the past few years we have rented 6 Villa in 6 countries for our summer family vacations. Marie-Laure's Villa in St Maxime is by far the best!! It lives up to its claims is in excellent condition and very well located.

We spent a family vacation with adult children, their partners and grandchildren.A beautiful house in a perfect location with excellent tasteful furnishings.Wonderful view of the sea. Garden secluded. Privacy guaranteed.State of the art, perfectly equipped kitchen with all appliances, utensils and base of spices, oil, etc....Ideal location to the beach (3 min walk), restaurants, stores, pharmacy, etc...It should also be emphasized a perfect communication with the owner and the person in charge on site.It was a 100% perfect stay.We would love to come back.Thank you so much to the owner and to Barbara.

We had very high expectations for this villa and we’re happy to report that they were met. Exceeded even! Excellent quality throughout, well equipped, super comfortable, stylish and immaculately clean.Communication and directions from the property manager were spot on so it was easy to find and parking was also easy which isn’t always the case at villas on the Côte d’Azur! We were met by the friendly and helpful property manager, Barbara, who showed us around and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which spills off from the kitchen and offers beautiful views towards the sea and excellent areas for lounging and dining.We only used one of the bedrooms; the bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms were modern and immaculate - as was the general decor throughout the property. It’s clearly a well loved home with great attention to detail. The location was great as we could walk to a number of bars/restaurants & even a supermarket. We can’t wait to return :) Thank you having us and for such a wonderful stay in this stunning location.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing place. We imediately felt very welcome and at home here. Everything went super friendly, smooth and uncomplicated. And we found the place at least as beautiful as shown on the pictures. We just loved it here.

We traveled with our sons - 10 and 12 from the US. The house exceeds expectations. It’s stunning. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The pool is lovely. The kitchen looks out over the sea. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning and ice maker is plentiful (IYKYK). Most impressive - this home is a 1 block walk to club 44 which was our favorite beach and lunch spot. We did ferry to St Tropez - but in hindsight I wouldn’t leave at Maxine. The host is lovely and Barbara - the concierge is amazing and easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 from a very picky traveler.
