Stayed Sep 28, 2024We booked for 5 adults and unfortunately the 5th bed was a very basic camp bed which was only suitable for a young child so we had to sleep on the couch. Wasnt ideal. Otherwise the property was excellent

Stayed Sep 2, 2023When we arrived we couldn’t open the locker and it took around one hour (emails/call) until someone arrived with a spare key. If sometimes the locker box isn’t working they should replace it.

Stayed Sep 28, 2025Lovely location - remote, but just a short drive to any of the usual destinations. Loved the spa and pool and that the unit had sports equipment for playing tennis and other games. Room was great - kitchen was really good and well stocked with all the equipment needed to make meals. A great place to stay!

Stayed Sep 20, 2025The property is clean and located just outside Rotorua town, about 12 kilometers. It is easy to commute into town and around for activities. Well away from the Rotorua smell, which takes some getting used to. We will book again for sure!

Stayed Jun 10, 2025The condo was clean, nicely appointed, easy to get to, and very quiet. The lake view was lovely. The on-site restaurant was quite good (check opening hours in the winter!)
