Situated in the urbanization of Puerto de las Nieves, the access to the duplex is on both sides of the urbanization. At the entrance, there is a small furnished terrace.
Once inside we find a very cozy living-dining room, as well as a toilet and a fully fitted kitchen with a utility room with free wifi.
In the living room, we find the stairs that lead us to the upper floor. There we have three bedrooms as well as a complete bathroom.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025Thank you, it was clean, nice and cozy, the kitchen has everything you need, a small and comfortable terrace - great for dinner, incredibly clean air, great location, very convenient that we had our own parking space, enough towels and wine as a gift.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Playa de las Nieves und Agaete Dream sind wirklich ein Traum. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Fussgängerzone, Auto konnte in der Tiefgarage gegen Tagesgebühr geparkt werden. Puerto de las Nieves ist klein, aber man kann als Tourist hier alles finden, Restaurants, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Souvenirläden, Bars. Kurzer Fussweg von der Unterkunft zum Strand. Der Hausherr stand per Whatsapp jederzeit mit Antworten auf Fragen zum Aufenthalt zur Verfügung, netter Kontakt und wir wüden die nächste Reise nach Agaete wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A sensational place both in terms of premises and location. The house is large, spacious and very well equipped. Only fan for the master bedroom would be useful because it was very stuffy. The rest is really perfect. Close to everything: shop, promenade, natural pools about 5 minutes walk away. Puerto de las Nieves is a gem not to be missed. A place for people who don't like crowds. Peace, ocean, cliffs and nice people around - mostly Spanish. I recommend!
