The South facing large pool area has plenty of deck space on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is a  coveredlanai for al fresco dining. Your outlook is over a large lake; somewhere to watch any of the wild life.  Pool heating can be added for an additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

This tastefully decorated villa is both welcoming and comfortable. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area with views over the pool and lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you may need for your stay. There is a breakfast table that also allows access to the pool area, as well as a more formal dining table and chairs.
