Recently updated Villa near BHI Club, South Beach and shops

There were 4 of us for 4 days. The weather didn’t cooperate as expected, however the island did not disappoint. The golf carts were great for exploring the island. Lots of walking & hiking was done instead of beach time. Your home had all necessities, was bright & cheery & excellent contact with host. All questions answered in timely manner. We were appreciative of the cart for check out as well. Definitely a place for a repeat! Thank you Edie & Katie!

Beautiful property, with an amazing view all around. From the booking process, to check-in, during the stay, through check-out, the host was very helpful and informative. They made the process so easy to navigate. The home was very clean and all amenities you would need were provided. The 2 golf carts were an added plus and worked out well. We will be returning!

Katie and Edie were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Anytime we had a question, they replied quickly and were genuinely helpful and kind.The villa itself was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clear that Katie and Edie put a lot of care into making sure their guests feel at home. The space was well stocked, thoughtfully prepared, and just an easy place to settle in and enjoy.The location of the villa was amazing—perfectly situated and convenient to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. It really made the trip even more enjoyable.We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely rent from Katie and Edie again and highly recommend their villa to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Clean and comfy! Nice Golf Carts too!

Property was as described and hosts were very responsive. There were no issues and little need to contact the hosts. We would stay again, great location close to BHI club and several beach accesses. Golf carts were in great shape, some members of our family stayed elsewhere, and their carts had issues and hosts were reluctant to have them repaired. Having 2 carts was a plus for us (one 6 seater and one 4).

The property was clean, in a great location (close to beach and less than 10 minute ride away from most shops and restaurants), owners were friendly and made sure to reach out to make sure everything was going smoothly!

Lovely home in a great location!

We had a lovely stay! The alligators visited daily which provided great entertainment!Our refrigerator failed:-( BUT, Katie & Edie were on it and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. I'd happily stay there again!

Great villa for our family of 5 and 2 pups. Quick walk to the beach access across the street and it's next to the BHI Club - ideal location!

Everything was good except the beds. The mattresses were too soft for me. Foam padding type of mattress that conforms to your body but doesn't give support. But other than that it worked out well for our stay. The management company was very responsive when we pointed out a few minor problems.

Your Time was great! Perfect location with all the necessities. Edie (the property manager) was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend this place and hope to return.

The property has everything a family needs. Management is quick to respond and follow up. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and quiet!

We have a 3 and 5 year old and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed plus it was super clean and comfortable. The location was great…walkable to both beach and BHI club pool. The pool passes were worth every penny (kids 5 and under are free). We paid extra to bring our dog and he had a blast (just be careful with gators). I’m looking forward to booking next summer!

Weather started off rainy, but turned good and of course our move out day was sunny and bright! We had a great time and a great stay.

Used this condo as my main base for my wedding! The managers were amazing and communicated often!

Nice unit that is in a great location. 1 min cart ride to the beach or club. The only thing I will complain about is the house was 80 degrees when we arrived and didn't have many towels. We had some cart troubles but the PM was very helpful and able to get us a loner in a matter of an hour.

We had an excellent trip! Loved being right by the BHI Club for pool/amenities. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay with 3 couples, home has everything you will need and owners were very responsive. We will be staying again!

Villa is in a great location to the beach and BHI club. Plenty of room for 2 adults and teenagers to spread out. The outdoor space was great too. Edie and Katie helpful and easy to work with on the booking and communication during our stay. Definitely recommend villa 40.

Can’t beat the location. Property management was highly responsive to all of our needs. We would come back to this Villa on our next trip to the island!
