Quinta Pequena is a large traditional family villa near Vale Do Lobo

Great villa in a beautiful setting. Walkable to a lovely choice of restaurants. Basil was very welcoming and helpful with all of our questions answered.

Enjoyed our stay at Quinta Pequeta. Basil was very helpful in showing us around the Villa and we quickly settled in. Ideal location for us as a large family and with easy access to local sites via the efficient Uber service.We liked the lay out of the bedrooms and the highlight was the outside facilities particularly in the evenings. Some upgrading of the kitchen is needed but understandably there will always be some wear and tear in this area.Otherwise, we thoroughly our time here and came back with some great memories.

We spent a week here with a party of four families, Eight adults and seven teenagers. The House was big and had excellent outdoor dining and pool areas. Enough space for a big group. The outside dining furniture and sofas could have been in better shape though. Many of them where broken and some pillows had mold spots. The pool was big enough and fresh and there was enough sun loungers and parasols for everybody. A very nice touch was the outdoor bluetooth speakers, so we could listen to music while sitting outside at night House was also spacious. Kitchens and bathrooms were a bit outdated but they worked ok for their purpose. Everything was clean when we came and the house was cleaned once during the week. There were nice restaurants very near that we visited (Parilla Natural and Simply Tapas y Vinho) and Louisa’s catering served us an excellent bbq meal one night. All in all we had a good stay. With a bit of updating this house would be perfect for a big group.

Our stay was excellent. Warm welcome by the owners Basil and Louisa. On our request a delicious dinner was prepared by Louisa who has her own catering company. The villa with swimmingpool has a beautiful setting in a beautiful area. Communication with Basil and Louisa was very good. We stayed with our family, youngest was 4 years old and the eldest was 84 years old. The villa was fully equipt. And of course the weather was very good, around 28 degrees. In the evening the garden of the villa is very romantic with all the lights. We had a fantastic holliday at this villa. And we would recommend this one.

Big spacious Villa with large heated swimming pool. Plenty of parking spaces for at least five cars. Remotely controlled gates to the estate provided good security and protection for young children. The accommodation was large and most bedroom were ensuite. The showers in some needed attention but other than that the facilities were good. Flat roof had a full size Table Tennis table with equipment and proved to be very popular with the children. Fridge’s freezers and laundry facilities worked well and the Villa was very well equipped. The Landlord provided welcoming Wine and snacks and full instructions were given on operating the property, use of keys and electrics. The Landlady baked us a delicious cake and checked we were coping OK. Seventeen of us enjoyed a great week so thank you.

Great villa and location - very quiet - can easily sleep 16 - with the three upstairs and five bedrooms downstairs. Really good lounging / socialising areas around the pool. Basil really looked after us too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spacious villa inside and out, perfect for large mixed groups/families. There were 16 of us ranging from 6 - 60 and it worked perfectly. Well equipped kitchen and living rooms with TVs with Sky and Netflix packages, perfect for the kids and adults! Bedrooms, bathrooms a little tired but clean and didn’t spend much time in them! Outside was brilliant, fantastic pool, plenty of sunbeds and space, plenty of shade and outside seating and eating areas. Great bbq area and outside Spotify sound system was fab with no neighbours to disturb. Basil, the owner was incredibly helpful. All in all we had the most amazing week and hoping to go back next year!

What an amazing holiday we have just had at Quinta Pequena. The villa has everything you need and Basil, the owner, has thought of every little detail to make your stay perfection. We will definitely be booking again. Excellent villa to stay in.

Fantastic hosts who helped us with restaurants and in villa dining. Beautiful villa with plenty of space to accomodate a large group. Lovely sun loungers, great pool. We hired bikes to get to and from the beach and used the tracks behind the villa. We will be back. Thank you ?
