The ground floor of the property has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, spacious and comfortable living-dining room with feature fireplace, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a guest cloakroom/WC.

The living room and bedroom lead out onto the pool terrace where you will find the built in BBQ area, dining table and chairs, sun-loungers, a shower, and outdoor lounge furniture to sit and read with a refreshing drink. The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and can be heated by prior request (€200 per week from May to September).

Upstairs on the 1st floor are 2 more bedrooms; a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room, and the master bedroom with king-size bed and an en-suite with bath and shower. Both of these bedrooms open onto the large decked balcony which looks over the pool and out to sea.
