This is a great location. Close to everything. Alex is very reachable and did his best to get our needs met. The only thing I'd say it needs is a bit of updating, ( i.e. new curtains, fix broken blinds, a shelf in shower stall so you dont have to go to the floor to get your soap/shampoo). I'm fine but people like my husband with knee surgery, any older folks w/hip/knee stuff would need. Another thing to consider is no elevator. I do not use one, I prefer stairs, but those elderly folks might not want to drag luggage up a flight. Just something to take note of. Loved pool, pretty patio, nice snacks, drinks provided, pool could be tad warmer. Overall I liked it here.

The property was very clean, and I felt perfectly safe as a solo traveler. It served as a good homebase for daily excursions. The main drawback was that it is located in a high traffic area (earplugs solved this problem for sleeping). The owner was communicative and was quick to answer any questions.

This place is a wonderful, warm, cozy home away from home. Communication before and during our stay was very prompt! Everything was exactly as described (if not better)! Attention to detail and cleanliness exceeded our expectations; we look forward to returning next year, if not sooner.

The rooms were very clean. The heated pool and pool area were a wonderful place to spend the afternoon or evening. There are restaurants you can walk to and also a nice Brewpub.

Nice little studio, just right size for our short stay. The bed was a little tight for us, and little uncomfortable,. All in all, would recommend.

Needed a place close by to work for a few weeks and this was a great option for me. I will book another stay in two weeks if it is available.

This is such a cute property. It is a unit within a larger property where you have access to the pool, the grill, the boat slip, laundry facility and ample parking. We chose this location because of the availability of a boat slip. It was perfect for us! But be forewarned, we have a 20' flat bottom skiff. The tide swings are massive and you will probably be on the bottom if it is a super low tide. Also, the slip is under a coconut tree. But we were happy to secure this slip as it allowed us to easily access downtown Naples and Keewaydin Island. The apartment was well appointed with everything that we needed. There are several great restaurants within walking distance and the marina (boat ramp) is close as well, though not walking distance. It was fun to meet the other visitors, some from different countries, some who stayed there for months at a time. We would definitely stay here if visiting the area again. It is a fantastic location for boating or for visiting the local area. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

Very nice place to stay. The efficiencies are clean, nicely remodeled. The proximity to 360 Market was a plus. A new little coffee shop just opened close by. The pool was clean and heated. The owner was onsite while we were there and was very hospitable. We would stay there again.
