    beach was so nice and beautiful, quiet neighbors, house could use some upgrading, and I didnt have a broom in my rental. ugh sand. Called for a coffee pot as none was there. Quick response from vacasa had one the next morning. and yes i would rent again! from these homeowners and vacasa.

    The grounds and access to the beach were so great. Super convenient location to the grocery store and places to see both north and south on the island. You can tell they have updated some of the interior, but there are parts that still really need updated (the bathroom shower, mattresses and dresser smell). It was a Duplex, but we must have had great neighbors. It feels like we had the place to ourselves. Very nice having a grill and place to eat outside.

    It was very nice! Easy to rent, communications were timely and informative. May want to add a coffee pot of some sort. Other than that it was very nice, loved that we could hear and see the ocean and that it was just a short walk from the back door.

    Loved direct access to the beach and how close it was to shopping, restaurants, two bedrooms, screened in porch at the back. The shower exterior needs attention due to rust, interior was great. Would definitely book again, great management company and customer service

    Although fairly clean and in a good location to the beach and surrounding areas, this rental property is very no frills. It is lacking some very fundamental things you would expect at a rental house, especially one at the beach. Kitchen is very small, lacking things like a coffee maker. Very few dishes and silverware. The house offers nothing for the beach other than a private walkway t the sand. No umbrella, toys, chairs, wagon to pull your stuff that you had to bring or buy to use. Bathroom is small, shower door is very wonky, and the hot water lasts about 4-5 mins so don't expect to be able to take showers back-to-back or for any length. No extra blankets for the small bedrooms. Location wise - it is close to a lot of things: restaurants, shopping, etc. Beach is very nice...not too many shells so easy walking.

    Great location on the beach and walking distance to shopping and trolley stop. Unit needs a good cleaning and upgrade of appliances, and mattress replacement. Management responsiveness was very good.
