This four bedroom, three bathroom townhome is located in the heart of the Quadna Mountain Resort Townhomes within a short walk to all ammenities including the pool, pickelball/tennis courts, basketball courts, beach, dock. Just down the road from the Golf Course and ATV and Snowmobile trails this is the perfect spot to land for all of your favorite activities.

The Townhome is large enough for a group and equipped with everything you need!

This Townhome comes fully equipped withall of the ammenities you need to make your stay comfortable including WIFI, cable TV and In-unit washer and dryer. It is fully furnished, you will find everything that you need to make you feel right at home, just bring your food and personal items and we will provide the rest.

Dock available to dock your boat, with some restrictions - let us know if you plan to bring a boat so we can make sure we have space available. Have fun fishing right off the dock or take advantage of fishing the entire lake

Four Bedrooms plus two sofa beds, one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom suite make the space comfortable to welcome your entire group!

Primary bedroom suite has attached full bath and in room kitchenette is located on the main floor

Enjoy a cozy fire pit or relax indoors with the ease of the gas fireplace. Please use the firewood provided by the fire pit, or purchase additional fire wood.

We have arranged easy access for our guests with a smart keypad lock. You will receive a private code to access your space when we send your check-in instructions.

Please let me know if there is anything that will make your stay better. It is my goal that this space be an escape and retreat for you however I am available at all times for emergencies and during standard hours to answer and resolve any non-emergency issues.

It is extremely helpful to have good contact information available for a member of your party in the event I need to contact you to resolve issues or provide information. If we need to stop by for any reason I will do my best to contact you ahead of time but we will keep any disruptions to an absolute minimum.

Hill City is the perfect destination for all of your favorite out door recreation activities. We are tucked on the south end of Hill Lake directly adjacent to walking, biking, snowmobiling and ATV trails. Hill City is home to 3 Public Parks, a beach on beautiful hill lake and several small locally owned eating establishments with something for everyone! Come enjoy the fun, quiet life in the woods!

Please do not move any large furniture. Take care when moving smaller furniture items so floors are not scratched

The use of parking spaces is limited to three per unit.
Operation of recreational vehicles, specifically ATVs , snowmobiles and golf carts shall be restricted to marked roadways only for the purpose of reaching the trail system so designated for their use. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive recreational vehicles on townhouse property. If documented complaints are received, additional charges will be assessed
No parking or operation of any vehicle is permitted on any other part of the commons area. (Grass covered areas are specifically noted).
No long-term dock storage is permitted (longer than 7 days). During peak season and holidays, renters should restrict their use to one day unless expressly agreed otherwise
Pool use is restricted to owners and guests and is limited to the maximum number of persons staying on property who may occupy that unit
All glass containers, including beer bottles, are prohibited in pool area. Please use the acrylic glasses in the unit for any beverages taken to the pool. The penalty for contaminating the pool is the cost of cleaning the pool, additional charges will be assessed. Other rules are posted at the pool.

Common walkways must be kept free of toys, bikes, sporting equipment or any other types of clutter at all times. Foot traffic, maintenance and emergency personnel must have unimpeded access 24 hours a day.
Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet
No cooking oil down any drains
PLEASE BE CAREFUL NEAR THE LAKE AT ALL TIMES
PETS: - We are happy to welcome dogs with additional pet deposit - TWO DOGS MAXIMUM, 50 lbs or less each - we can not accommodate cats
PET OWNERS: Please keep your pets off of the furniture and plan to kennel them if they are left alone in the house
Pet Owners - Please pick up all pet waste (use provided pet waste bags) and dispose in the outdoor trash cans.
PET OWNERS: Plan to supervise your pets carefully and keep them on a leash for their safety. There is abundant wildlife in the area as well as other dogs in the area.
PET OWNERS: Pets must be included on the reservation and pet fee paid prior to your arrival
No Smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors take care to dispose of any smoking related refuse responsibly - a $200 penalty will be charged for violations or debris discovered and disposed of by our cleaning crew

    We were looking for a getaway between Bemidji, Mt. Iron, and the Twin Cities to gather for Christmas. We found the perfect spot in the Quadna Mountain Resort. The space was roomy, clean, comfortable, and welcoming to our entire family and our two dogs.Our host Maria was extremely responsive to our needs and made the check in process easy. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the decor made us feel like we were in a remote cabin. This location helped make perfect holiday memories for all of us!We would definitely stay again, we loved everything about this place, it’s a real find!

    We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had a great time! The home is very clean inside and well kept. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Hill City area I would highly recommend it!
