Stayed Sep 2, 2023We found the villa to be in a very nice quiet area very close to fig tree bay. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities we required. The management team were excellent in assisting us with any enquiries we had. Very professional nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late and they left for us some items of food and water which was very welcome. Not that we watched much TV but we were pleasantly surprised that they have sky sports and British tv which from our experience is very unusual. For those that are visiting the area for the first time this is a great location. When you leave the villa turn right and then right again towards the sea. Here you will find a boardwalk which takes you to fig tree bay which is lit up at night and the view is excellent. You can get to fig tree bay by walking along the main road but this is a great alternative. Nothing really it was excellent

Stayed Sep 2, 2023The property was clean and in an excellent location. Dealing with the property management team was excellent nothing was too much trouble. The villa is just a short walk to fig tree bay and protaras. If you turn right out of the property and then right again you'll come to a lovely broadwalk to fig tree bay. This is lit up at night time.Once there youll find some wonderful restaurants and bars and a beautiful beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Good size villa, in a good location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, but in a more peaceful spot. Had issues with cockroaches, ants and slugs

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Close to both the popular and smaller beaches. Quiet neighbourhood. NextBike station within 100 meters makes tourist sites like Cabo Greko and Famagusta easily accessible. The villa is quite sophisticated to keep the children entertained and busy exploring. The pool is crystal clear and regularly maintained. My wife is going to recommend the place to her friends definitely. There's a slight annoyance of a weak WiFi signal upstairs, it's tolerable, but could definitely be improved.
