Private Villa, up to 7bdrm, W/Pool Directly on the World's Best Beach

Villa Oasis is in a fabulous location just off Grace Bay beach - amazing ocean views and long beach walks right out the door. Owner communication was exceptional - caring and compassionate from the time of the initial reservation, nearly a year in advance of the actual stay. Mr Romeo is always nearby for help and local advice. The daily maid service was much appreciated- non intrusive and truly made this feel like a vacation for all. Kids loved spending hours in the pool and snorkeling right out the door was great fun for the entire group!

The Villa was an amazing hidden gem. The layout and accommodations were positively perfect - and the pool was a big hit.The Host and Staff were outstanding

Katalin’s villa oasis is a dream! We had 7 of us stay for 7 nights on the main floor. The views from the villa are breathtaking. There is so much to do around the villa too- snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaks, swimming, etc!! You can also turn right or left and run or walk for miles along the beach! Katalin was great to communicate with and Romeo and the housekeeper onsite are top notch. Hope we can come back soon!

We enjoyed the daily maid service and Romeo, our caretaker, was always available for any errands. The villa is spacious and you can't beat this beach front location.

Paradise found.

Villa Oasis was the perfect place for a family vacation. We had seven bedrooms which accommodated our 13 family members. The house was perfectly situated on the beach and has every amenity you could hope for. The swimming pool was a great break from the beach and was perfect for our two year old grandson. Absolutely will stay here again.

The property was fantastic, beautiful views right on the beach, and breakfast within walking distance. We rented a small van and Romeo became our driver since we're not used to driving on the opposite side of the road. The housekeeper was on top of cleaning everyday. This house is just like you expect after seeing the pictures. Also I highly recommend hiring Captain Jacket boat outing, a great time!

We first stayed at Villa Oasis 19 years ago. It was perfect! We celebrated our grandson’s first birthday and my 65th birthday.

We had the best family vacation at Villa Oasis. The location is ideal - right on the most beautiful beach with amazing snorkeling just a short walk away. The house is spacious and comfortable. It is an older house but we appreciated the homey feel. The grounds have lovely, mature palm trees which gave us lots of options for shady spots to read (or nap). The manager, Mr. Romeo, was incredibly helpful - doing everything from driving us to various locations around the island to suggesting where we could buy the freshest fish. Rosanna, the housekeeper, was lovely. Katalin, the host was responsive and patient with all our pre-visit questions. Would highly recommend.

We had 15 in our visit, 8 adults and 7 kids ages 9 months to 10 years old. The location superior with the house, patio, pool and beach closely situated which was nice due to all the kids. The beach was superb, one of the best I've seen and with the elevated wall, the kids had shade everyday until 2:00. Beds were very comfortable, every amenity needed was available, and we were very comfortable. House staff, Roseann was quiet, in and out and was a great supplement to our stay. Mr. Romeo had all the answers, coordinated our trips and grocery visits to perfection. If I was to have one critique, this is of personal taste, there was to much clutter, especially in the kitchen. Our family had a great stay.

The beach and grounds at Villa Oasis are beautiful. The host, Katalin, was very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had before arrival. The house manager, Romeo, was a great help with transportation and quickly responded to any issues we encountered during our stay. We so appreciated Rosanna who tidied up around us every day. While the immediate grounds and beach were beautiful, the surrounding “neighborhood” was not quite as appealing with various stages of construction or demolition on either side. The accommodations and amenities within the home were suitable, but fell a little short of luxurious in several ways with multiple things needing repair, a deeper cleaning or updating. That said, our 4 generation family had a nice time swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in the sun.

This was a dream vacation, just as you would imagine in the movies and Villa Oasis was absolutely beautiful. The beach is your backyard and the remainder of the property is stunning, comfortable and cozy. Katalin was beyond kind and dedicated to making sure we would have anything and everything we could possibly need while there and having Me. Romeo onsite to answer questions and help as needed was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Oasis as a perfect retreat in a beautiful location.

family of 9 adults and 5 children/grandchildren had a great week at the villa, our thanks to Romeo for always being available, and Roseanna for keeping our space clean and organized. The family enjoyed kyacking, swimming, and relaxing at the beautiful outdoor space.

Our family of 15 (4 months to 80 years) had an exceptional week at this special house. The pool and gorgeous beach are all steps from your bedroom and the smaller kids were in and out of the water all day. Despite being right on the beach the house is very private with lovely gardens around it.. The host Katalin was very gracious and helpful as were the staff of housekeeper and Mr. Romeo. Our different ages of people enjoyed snorkeling, scuba diving and beach strolls. We had some lovely meals prepared by the chefs who were suggested by the host. T & C is a beautiful place to visit. Our stay at Villa Oasis was a wonderful family experience that was planned for more than a year ahead to celebrate a special birthday for my husband. Katalin, you are a wonderful host and we were appreciative of how you were very attentive to take care of any of our needs. Right from the beginning when we were looking at different rentals, our decision to rent your property was made because of how personable, warm and communicative you were with us providing information and addressing all our questions ahead of time and just being available. That is not always the case with VRBO hosts as we have dealt with. And that continued after we arrived, being available thru the week. Having Romeo the property manager and concierge was so great to pick our family members up from the airport as they arrive and also drive us a different times through the week as well as making grocery runs for us as needed, And we so loved having Rosanna, the house keeper to come in each day to tidy up our bedrooms, linens, do endless loads of beach towels for 11 people on a daily basis including a few loads of personal laundry. Your home soooo captured the family experience we had planned for. Can’t beat the location… Beach is steps away and amazing snorkeling and all equipment provided! Our only suggestion would be to update some of the appliances, AC system, TV, Internet, connection issues, A memorable vacation for our family, bless you and thank you Katalin! Fondly, Meg and Joe!

Beachfront property was as beautiful as you would hope for. It was an amazing privately owned home and the property owner, property managers and other staff wanted to do everything necessary to ensure your enjoyment. We definitely made friendships with the property managers and owner that we will treasure forever. I would like to adopt Katalin as my mother. What an amazing woman!

Wonderful house and service! The staff were great. The house has everything you need to feel at home and the pool and beach are right outside your back door. Snorkeling in your backyard! Wonderful!
