Stayed Mar 23, 2025I almost never leave reviews but I am this time because Greg did a great job. For travel scheduling reasons I wasn't able to check in until after midnight the first night. I walked up to the second floor apartment to find that the lights were on, the fans were running, and everything I needed was exactly where I expected it to be. The place isn't the newest, but it's clean and cozy and the foliage makes everything very private. I didn't need anything during my stay, but Greg was very communicative leading up to my arrival so I knew he was just a text message away. It was everything I was looking for in a remote working vacation.There's a little bit of traffic noise from US1 but that's the tradeoff for a quick in and out. I'm going to dodge the spring break surge pricing next time, but I would absolutely stay here again.

The location is near everything and you feel very safe and comfortable walking around. Greg's communication and sincere care for us having a pleasant stay was much appreciated!!Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 29, 2024Villa was in a very convenient location. The property is well maintained and very clean. We were not able to enjoy the pool or easy access to the beach due to the weather.
